Publer Pricing: How Much Publer Costs Per Month

Publer pricing read off its own page in August 2026: a free plan, $4 to $5 per social account on Professional, $7 to $10 on Business, and the tenth-account rule that only works on annual billing.

The short answer

Read off publer.com in August 2026, Publer costs nothing on its permanent free plan, then $5 a month for one social account on Professional and $10 on Business billed monthly. The rate per account drops as you add accounts, to $4.50 each at two accounts and $4.00 from three upward on Professional, and $8.50 then $7.00 on Business, so three accounts cost $12 a month on Professional and $21 on Business. Annual billing takes exactly 20 percent off, which is more than the "2 months free" badge on the toggle implies. Two details change real bills and appear in almost no comparison. Publer's "every 9 social accounts, the 10th one is free" offer is applied to annual prices only, so ten accounts billed monthly cost $40 while ten billed yearly cost $28.80, a 28 percent saving rather than 20. And extra team members cost only $2 a month on Professional and $3 on Business, where per-seat suites charge $79 to $99.

How much does Publer cost?

Read off publer.com in August 2026, Publer costs nothing on its permanent free plan, then $5 a month for one social account on Professional and $10 a month on Business when billed monthly. The rate per account falls as you add accounts: $4.50 each at two accounts and $4.00 each from three upward on Professional, and $8.50 then $7.00 on Business. Annual billing takes exactly 20 percent off. Three social accounts therefore cost $12 a month on Professional and $21 on Business, or $9.60 and $16.80 a month paid yearly.

That is the part most articles get right. Two things they consistently miss are worth more money than the headline rate. Publer's "every 10th social account free" offer applies only when you pay annually, and the annual discount is larger than the "2 months free" badge on the pricing toggle claims. Both are worked through below with the arithmetic.

Publer pricing plans in plain terms

Publer does not sell fixed tiers with account allowances baked in. It sells three plans whose price is calculated from two numbers you set yourself: how many social accounts you connect, and how many teammates you add. Two Facebook pages and two Instagram accounts count as four social accounts.

PlanPrice per social accountExtra team memberBest described as
Free$0, capped at 3 accountsNot availablePermanent free tier, no X (Twitter)
Professional$5.00, $4.50 or $4.00 a month$2 a monthUnlimited scheduling and drafts
Business$10.00, $8.50 or $7.00 a month$3 a monthAdds analytics, AI and API access
EnterpriseQuoted, billed yearlyQuotedVolume discounts and onboarding

The three figures in the per-account column are a genuine volume ladder, not a typo. Publer charges more per account when you have very few. The first account costs $5 a month on Professional, each of two accounts costs $4.50, and from the third account onward every account costs $4.00. Business follows the same shape at $10.00, $8.50 and $7.00. Roundups that quote a flat "about $4 per account" are describing the third rung only, which means a solo creator with one connected account pays 25 percent more per account than the number they read.

Professional covers unlimited scheduling and drafts, scheduled first comments and threads, unlimited media storage, unlimited workspaces, unlimited RSS automations, permanent post history, and the X integration that the free plan excludes. Business adds unlimited AI prompts, analytics insights and reports, best times to post, competitor analysis, hashtag suggestions and analytics, spintax-powered post recycling, and access to the Publer API.

Publer pricing by number of social accounts

This is the table most people actually want, because Publer's own page shows one price at a time and makes you drag a counter to see the rest. Every figure below is the price for that number of accounts with no extra team members.

Social accountsProfessional billed monthlyProfessional billed yearlyBusiness billed monthlyBusiness billed yearly
1$5.00 a month$4.00 a month, $48.00 a year$10.00 a month$8.00 a month, $96.00 a year
2$9.00 a month$7.20 a month, $86.40 a year$17.00 a month$13.60 a month, $163.20 a year
3$12.00 a month$9.60 a month, $115.20 a year$21.00 a month$16.80 a month, $201.60 a year
5$20.00 a month$16.00 a month, $192.00 a year$35.00 a month$28.00 a month, $336.00 a year
10$40.00 a month$28.80 a month, $345.60 a year$70.00 a month$50.40 a month, $604.80 a year
20$80.00 a month$57.60 a month, $691.20 a year$140.00 a month$100.80 a month, $1,209.60 a year

Read the 10-account and 20-account rows carefully, because they are where Publer's pricing stops being linear and where the saving is largest. Ten accounts billed monthly is $40 on Professional, which is ten accounts at $4. Ten accounts billed yearly is $28.80 a month, which is nine accounts at $4 with the 20 percent discount applied. The tenth account is free, and the reason it is free only in the right-hand column is the subject of the next section.

The "every 10th account free" rule only applies to annual billing

Publer states the offer plainly next to the account counter: "For every 9 social accounts, the 10th one is free." What it does not say there is that the rule is applied to annual prices only. Pay monthly and you are charged for all ten.

The clearest way to see it is to compare nine accounts against ten. On Professional billed monthly, nine accounts cost $36 and ten cost $40, a straight $4 step. On Professional billed yearly, nine accounts cost $28.80 a month and ten accounts also cost $28.80 a month. The step disappears. The same thing happens at twenty accounts, where monthly billing charges for twenty and annual billing charges for eighteen.

The practical consequence is that Publer's annual discount is much larger than 20 percent for anyone sitting on a multiple of ten. Ten accounts on Professional is $480 a year paid monthly against $345.60 paid annually, which is 28 percent off rather than 20. Twenty accounts is $960 against $691.20, again 28 percent. If you run exactly nine or nineteen accounts, adding one more costs nothing at all on annual billing, which is the rare case where a tenth account is genuinely free rather than merely discounted.

Is Publer's annual discount really 2 months free?

No, it is better than that. The billing toggle on Publer's pricing page carries a badge reading "2 months free", which describes paying for ten months and receiving twelve. That would be a discount of 16.67 percent. The prices Publer actually charges are exactly 20 percent below the monthly rate.

You can check it on the smallest number on the page. One account on Professional is $5.00 a month billed monthly and $4.00 a month billed yearly. Five dollars less 16.67 percent would be $4.17. Five dollars less 20 percent is $4.00, which is what the page shows. The same ratio holds on Business, where $10.00 becomes $8.00. It is unusual to find a vendor understating its own discount, and combined with the tenth-account rule above it means annual billing on Publer saves between 20 and 28 percent depending on how many accounts you connect.

What does an extra team member cost on Publer?

Team members are priced separately from social accounts and are much cheaper. An additional member costs $2 a month on Professional and $3 a month on Business, before the annual discount. As the plan owner you are already included and do not count toward the limit, so a two-person team buys one additional member.

The tenth-member rule mirrors the account rule exactly, including the annual-billing catch: for every nine additional members, the tenth is free, and only when you pay yearly. Ten additional members on Professional therefore cost nine times $2 with the discount applied, which is $14.40 a month rather than $16.00.

Worked as a whole bill, a three-account Professional plan with two extra teammates is $12 for the accounts plus $4 for the members, so $16 a month billed monthly or $12.80 a month billed yearly. The equivalent on Business is $21 plus $6, so $27 a month or $21.60 yearly. Seat cost is the one place where Publer is dramatically cheaper than the rest of the category. Sprout Social starts at $79 per seat per month and Hootsuite at $99 per user per month, so a fourth teammate on those platforms costs more than an entire Publer plan.

Does Publer have a free plan?

Yes. Publer keeps a permanent free plan, not a trial. It covers one user, one workspace, three social accounts, ten scheduled posts per account at a time, twenty-five saved drafts and twenty-four hours of post history. Free trials on paid features are included without entering card details, and the Linkie link-in-bio integration works on it.

Two limits decide whether the free plan is usable. X (Twitter) cannot be connected at all on the free plan, so if X is part of your rotation the free tier is not an option regardless of the other allowances. And the twenty-four hour post history means published posts vanish from your records after a day, which makes any kind of retrospective reporting impossible. The ten-scheduled-posts cap is per account and it is a rolling limit rather than a monthly one, so once a scheduled post publishes or is deleted you can queue another.

Paid trials differ by plan and the difference is easy to miss: Professional carries a 7-day free trial and Business carries a 14-day free trial. Publer also states a 14-day money-back guarantee, and notes that VAT is not included in the listed prices, which matters if you are buying from outside the US.

Publer daily post limits by plan

Publer caps how many posts each connected profile can publish per day, and the cap changes with your plan. This table is published on Publer's own pricing page under the heading "Daily Post Limits" and it almost never appears in comparisons, even though it is the limit most likely to interrupt a real posting schedule.

Enterprise is listed as unlimited on every row. For most people these ceilings are academic, since twelve Facebook posts a day per page is well beyond a sane publishing rate. They matter in two situations: bulk-loading a backlog after a content sprint, and LinkedIn, where the profile limit of ten a day on Free and twelve on Professional is the tightest ratio on the table. Note also that the gap between Professional and Business is proportionally largest on X, Mastodon and Bluesky, where the cap doubles from 50 to 100.

What is the difference between Publer Professional and Business?

Business costs roughly 1.75 times Professional at three or more accounts, $7.00 against $4.00 per account, and exactly twice as much at a single account, $10.00 against $5.00. What the extra buys is measurement and automation rather than publishing capacity.

Professional already includes the things people assume are premium: unlimited scheduling, unlimited drafts, unlimited workspaces, unlimited media storage, permanent post history, RSS automations, threads and first comments, and X publishing. If your job is simply getting posts out on a schedule, Professional is the whole product.

Business adds unlimited AI prompts, analytics insights and reports, best times to post, competitor analysis, hashtag suggestions and analytics, spintax-powered post recycling, and API access. The honest test is whether you will actually open a report. Agencies reporting to clients and anyone optimizing send times need Business. A solo creator publishing to four accounts almost certainly does not, and the $3 per account per month difference compounds: at ten accounts it is $30 a month, or $360 a year, for analytics.

Does Publer charge extra for API access?

There is no separate API price. Access to the Publer API is bundled into the Business plan and is not available on Free or Professional at any account count. That makes the practical cost of API access the difference between the two paid plans for however many accounts you connect, which is $3 per account per month at three or more accounts.

For a developer connecting a single account purely to automate posting, that means Business at $10 a month billed monthly or $8 a month billed yearly, which is among the cheaper routes to a scheduling API in this category.

Does Publer have a lifetime deal?

Not currently. Publer does not sell a lifetime plan on its pricing page in August 2026, and the only purchasable options are the free tier, Professional, Business and a quoted Enterprise plan. Publer's billing system still recognizes a legacy lifetime plan type, which is consistent with the lifetime deals it ran in the past, so accounts bought through those promotions continue to be honored. If you are shopping now, treat any listing offering a new Publer lifetime deal with suspicion and buy from Publer directly.

Publer vs Buffer pricing

These two are the closest comparison in the category because both charge per connected account rather than per seat, and both keep a genuine free plan for three accounts.

Publer ProfessionalBuffer Essentials
Free plan3 accounts, no X3 channels
Rate per account, annual$4.00 at 3 or more accounts$5.00 a month per channel
Extra team member$2 a monthIncluded on paid plans
Every 10th account freeYes, on annual billingNo
AnalyticsBusiness plan onlyPaid add-on tier

On raw publishing cost Publer is the cheaper of the two at three accounts and up, and the gap widens at ten accounts where the free tenth account applies. Buffer's free plan is the more usable of the two free tiers because it does not exclude any network. Our full Buffer pricing breakdown works through Buffer's side in the same detail, and Metricool pricing covers the other well-known sliding-scale option, which charges by brand rather than by account and adds $10 a month per connected X account.

Is Publer worth it?

For publishing volume per dollar, Publer is one of the best-value schedulers available in the US market, and the pricing model is the reason. Paying per account rather than per seat means a five-person team on three accounts pays $20 a month on Professional, a bill that would run into the hundreds on a per-seat suite. The permanent free tier, the unusually cheap $2 team members, and an annual discount that is quietly better than advertised all point the same way.

The case against is thinner than the case for, but it is real. Analytics sitting behind Business means the cheap plan gives you no measurement at all beyond post history, and per-account pricing that looks trivial at three accounts is $80 a month at twenty on monthly billing. Agencies should also note that unlimited workspaces on Professional is genuinely generous compared to SocialBee, which includes one workspace on both of its cheapest tiers.

The sharper question for a creator is not what the tool costs but whether the channels it feeds are earning more than the stack does, which is a matter of tracking income across every platform you publish to rather than auditing subscriptions one at a time. A $12 a month scheduler is never the expensive part of a content operation.

What Publer's price does not include

Every number on this page buys distribution. None of it buys content. Publer takes posts you have already written and puts them on a calendar, sends them at the right time, recycles the good ones and, on Business, tells you how they did. The writing stays with you, and for most people that is where the actual hours go.

That gap is what Adapter.to fills. Paste a blog post, a video, a podcast or a URL and it writes the LinkedIn post, the X thread, the Instagram caption, the TikTok script and the email, each shaped for the channel it belongs on, then hands you the text to load into Publer's queue. The two do not overlap and they cost very little together: a three-account Publer plan plus a repurposing writer is still less than one seat on an enterprise suite.

If you want to see the shape of that workflow, the content repurposing software page walks through every feature in order, the repurpose content for social media guide covers the channel-by-channel version, and the content repurposing tools comparison lists verified pricing for Publer and thirty-two other tools side by side.
