RealEstateContent.ai alternative and pricing for real estate agents

RealEstateContent.ai is an all-in-one social media platform for real estate agents. It writes posts, builds branded graphics, turns a listing link into a run of Just Listed to Just Sold posts with a video walkthrough, makes AI Twin videos in your face and voice, and schedules everything to your accounts from one calendar. It is one plan at one price, and it is genuinely complete for an agent who wants social media handled in one place.

The price is the question. It now costs $119 a month or $999 a year, more than most agents expect from the $99 figure still quoted in roundups. Adapter.to does a narrower job for less: paste a listing description, a market update or a link and it writes the Instagram caption, LinkedIn post, Reels script, email to your sphere and newsletter section from what that source says. It does not design graphics, make avatar video or post for you, so the comparison below also shows where RealEstateContent.ai is the better buy.

The short answer

RealEstateContent.ai costs $119 a month or $999 a year for one agent, read off its pricing page on October 14 and 15, 2026. It is one plan with every feature, and the annual plan saves exactly 30 percent ($999 against $1,428). Archived copies of its site show $99 a month and $899 a year as recently as July 2026, so roundups quoting $99 are out of date. It writes posts, builds graphics, turns listing links into video walkthroughs, makes AI Twin avatar videos and schedules to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. Refunds are offered within 14 days, and there is no free trial. If what you need is the writing, across social, email and newsletters, Adapter.to does that from your own listings and updates from $49 a month, or $24 billed annually.

Real estate agent in her car between showings, drafting a listing post on a laptop

RealEstateContent.ai sells the whole social media job for one agent: writing, graphics, listing videos, avatar video and scheduling, at $119 a month. Adapter.to sells the writing half across more channels: each listing, market update, blog post or video becomes channel-native drafts for social, email and newsletters, 30 sources a month on the $49 plan. An agent who already has a scheduler and listing photos pays for the part they are missing, not for the whole stack.

How much does RealEstateContent.ai cost in 2026?

RealEstateContent.ai costs $119 a month on monthly billing or $999 a year on annual billing, for one agent. We read both the homepage plan card and the pricing page on October 14 and 15, 2026; prices are in USD and there are no tiers or add-ons.

BillingPricePer monthPer yearSaving against monthly
Monthly$119$119.00$1,428None
Annual$999$83.25$999$429 a year (30.0%)
Teams and brokeragesQuoteBrokerage branding on every agent account and one shared content plan, priced on request

Both plans include the same product: unlimited posts, images and videos, AI Twin, listing posts, market report posts, local news posts, blog posts, Canva import and scheduling. The annual plan adds a locked rate, guided onboarding with a social media specialist and weekly live training. Either plan carries a 14-day money-back guarantee.

The price went up, and most comparison pages missed it

Archived copies of realestatecontent.ai tell the story. In November 2024 the site offered $99 a month or $699 a year. By May 2025 the annual plan was $899, and that $99 and $899 pair stayed on the pricing page through at least July 2026. The live page now shows $119 and $999.

  • Monthly rose 20 percent, from $99 to $119, which adds $240 a year for an agent on monthly billing.
  • Annual rose 11 percent, from $899 to $999, so the annual plan now matters more. Its saving grew from $289 (24 percent) to $429 (30 percent).
  • The 30 percent badge is exact. $999 against twelve payments of $119 ($1,428) is a 30.04 percent saving, rare accuracy in this category. "Nearly four months free" is a little generous: $429 buys 3.6 months.
  • Its own pages disagree on networks. The plan card lists Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X, while the feature list and the AI Twin page name four networks without TikTok. If TikTok posting matters to you, confirm it on the call before paying.

RealEstateContent.ai vs Keeping Current Matters vs Coffee and Contracts

These are the realtor content subscriptions agents weigh against each other most, each read off its own pricing page between October 13 and 15, 2026. RealEstateContent.ai is the most expensive of the three and also the only one that turns your listings into posts and video automatically.

ToolMonthly priceBilled yearlyPosts for youBuilt from
RealEstateContent.ai$119$999 a yearYesAI posts, your listing links, avatar video
Keeping Current Matters Social Edge$59.95$49.95 a monthYesNational housing research, branded
Keeping Current Matters Elite$99.95$83.29 a monthYesNational plus zip code data
Coffee & Contracts$74$740 a yearNoShared Canva templates
Adapter.to Creator$49$24 a monthNoYour own listings, updates and videos

On annual billing RealEstateContent.ai ($83.25 a month) and KCM Elite ($83.29) cost almost exactly the same, so the choice between them is about what you want to post: your listings and your face on video, or researched market commentary with local data. Our Keeping Current Matters review covers KCM in detail, and the Coffee and Contracts alternative page does the same for the template route.

What is the best RealEstateContent.ai alternative?

It depends on which part of the $119 you are not using.

  • You mostly post market updates. Keeping Current Matters Social Edge auto-posts researched housing content for $59.95 a month, half the price.
  • You never use the AI Twin or the design studio. Then you are paying for video and graphics you skip. If you already have listing photos and a scheduler, Adapter.to writes the posts, emails and newsletter sections for $49 a month.
  • You like designing in Canva. Coffee & Contracts gives you a template library and weekly plan for $74 a month.
  • You want a person to run it. Agencies start around $750 a month. The real estate social media manager cost breakdown prices eight providers.
  • You run a team. RealEstateContent.ai quotes brokerages on request. Adapter.to publishes its Team plan at $199 a month for three users and 400 sources.

Is RealEstateContent.ai worth it?

For an agent who will use the whole product, yes. At $83.25 a month on annual billing you get writing, graphics, listing walkthrough videos, an avatar that records video for you and a calendar that posts, which would cost several tools and a few hours a week to assemble. The AI Twin is the feature with no cheap substitute: it is the reason to pick this over everything else on this page.

It is weaker value in two cases. The first is the agent on monthly billing who uses it for captions only, paying $1,428 a year for what is mostly a writing tool. The second is the agent whose marketing runs on email and a newsletter as much as social: the plan features do not include sphere emails or newsletter copy. Independent reviews are thin. Its G2 profile had no reviews when we checked, so weigh its own testimonials accordingly and use the 14-day refund window as your trial.

Where RealEstateContent.ai is the better choice

If you want one login that writes, designs, makes video and posts, RealEstateContent.ai does all of that and Adapter.to does only the first. Adapter.to will not build a branded Just Listed graphic, turn your listing photos into a walkthrough Reel, record video in your likeness or publish to your accounts on a schedule. An agent with no scheduler, no designer and no wish to film gets more from RealEstateContent.ai than from writing software.

Where writing from your own material wins

Most agents who leave an all-in-one tool keep their photographer, their scheduler and their Canva templates and only miss the writing. Adapter.to fills exactly that. Paste a listing description, the market update you wrote for your farm area or the link to your latest blog post and the drafts come back at once: Instagram caption, LinkedIn post, X thread, Reels and TikTok script, email to your sphere, newsletter section, YouTube description and ad copy, each shaped for its channel. The content repurposing for real estate agents page shows how many posts one listing yields.

You stay responsible for compliance whichever tool drafts the copy. Every post still needs your brokerage name or a link to a page showing it, as NAR Standard of Practice 12-5 and most state license laws require, and Fair Housing wording that describes the home and the area rather than the buyer. Creator costs $49 a month for 30 sources, or $24 billed annually, which is $711 a year less than RealEstateContent.ai on annual billing; Pro at $99 adds walkthrough videos and recorded market updates as a source. Try one channel first with the Instagram caption generator, or compare plans on the pricing page.
