Pallyy pricing and Pallyy alternatives compared for agencies and freelancers

Pallyy is a social media scheduler built for freelancers and agencies that manage several brands. You pay per brand, which Pallyy calls a social set, and each set holds up to 11 accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, YouTube, X, Threads and Bluesky. Client approvals work from a shared link, so your clients never need a login.

What Pallyy does not do is write the posts. Its AI captions draft from a prompt or an image. Adapter.to is software that writes from your client's own material: paste a blog post, a URL, a video or a podcast and it returns the LinkedIn post, Instagram caption, X thread, TikTok script and more, built on what the piece actually says. It does not schedule, so the comparison below also shows where Pallyy is the better buy.

The short answer

Pallyy costs $25 a month for one brand and one user (Pro), $99 for 10 brands and 3 users (Agency) and $199 for 30 brands and 10 users (Scale), read off its pricing page and pricing file on October 9, 2026. Billed yearly that is $20, about $79 and $165 a month. Extra brands are $10 each and extra users $10 each on Agency; Pro cannot add users at all. A free plan covers one brand and 15 image posts a month. The cheapest alternative on price is Planoly for Instagram-led work, and if your problem is writing the posts rather than scheduling them, Adapter.to turns each client's blog post or video into posts for 8 channels from $49 a month.

Freelance social media manager planning posts for several client brands on a laptop and a phone

Pallyy sells the publishing half of agency social media: a calendar per client, approvals, an inbox and reports, priced per brand. Adapter.to sells the writing half: each client article, video or episode becomes channel-native posts in minutes, 30 sources a month on the $49 plan. An agency whose calendars sit half empty needs the second tool, not a different first one.

How much does Pallyy cost in 2026?

We read the prices off pallyy.com/pricing and Pallyy's own pricing file on October 9, 2026. All prices are in USD. Many roundups still quote an older entry price of $18 a month; the current Pro plan is $25 month to month and $20 a month billed yearly.

Free$0$011None, 15 image posts a month
Pro$25$240 a year ($20 a month)11Extra brand $10, no extra users

Scale$199$1,980 a year ($165 a month)3010Custom pricing

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial, and eligible charities and nonprofits get 50% off. You can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the end of the billing period. Each brand holds up to 11 connected accounts, so one brand with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Business Profile still counts as a single set.

When does the Agency plan beat Pro with extra brands?

At nine brands. Pro plus extra sets costs $25 for the first brand and $10 for each one after it, so eight brands are $95 and nine are $105, against $99 for Agency with ten brands included. Agency also adds two more logins, custom reports and shared social sets, so most agencies should move up at seven or eight brands even though Pro is still a few dollars cheaper.

The bigger catch is people. Pro has one login and no user add-on at any price. The moment a second person needs access, even an assistant who only schedules, you are on Agency at $99. A freelancer with three clients pays $45 on Pro working alone and $99 the day they hire help.

At the top, Agency with ten extra sets reaches 20 brands for $199, which is exactly the price of Scale with 30 brands and 10 users. Past 20 brands Scale is cheaper. If you need ten logins, Agency with add-ons costs the same as Scale at 13 brands and more from 14.

Two things Pallyy's pricing page does not tell you

Neither changes what you pay month to month, but both matter when you budget a year.

  • The yearly discount is not the same on every plan. Pro and Agency are 20% off billed yearly ($240 against $300, $950 against $1,188). Scale is $1,980 against $2,388, which is 17.1% off. On Scale, yearly billing saves $408, not the roughly $478 a flat 20% would suggest.
  • Scale add-ons have no published price. Extra brands and users on Scale are "contact" pricing. If you expect to pass 30 brands within the year, get that number in writing before you prepay.

Pallyy vs Planoly vs SocialPilot on real agency setups

These are the tools freelancers and small agencies most often weigh against Pallyy. Planoly also prices per social set; SocialPilot prices per connected account, so we assume four accounts per brand. Monthly billing, each read off the vendor's own page between October 1 and October 9, 2026.

10 brands, 3 users$99 (Agency)$87 (Pro plus 4 sets)$160 (Premium plus 15 accounts)
Client approvalsYes, from ProNot listed on any planFrom Premium

Planoly is cheaper in every row, and by a wide margin at six brands. What it does not list is client approvals, which is the reason many agencies pick Pallyy in the first place. Our Planoly pricing review works through its add-ons. SocialPilot costs more at this size but charges a flat $4 per extra account and adds white-label reports on Premium; the full ladder is in how much SocialPilot costs.

What is the best Pallyy alternative?

It depends on why you are leaving.

  • You work mostly on Instagram and want the lowest bill. Planoly starts at $16 for one brand and its Pro plan covers six brands and six users for $55. See the Planoly alternative page for where it falls short.
  • You need a second login but only have two or three clients. Sendible includes unlimited users on every plan, even its $35 one, which beats paying $99 for Pallyy Agency just to add a seat.
  • You need social listening or deep competitor reporting. Pallyy says plainly that it is not a listening suite. Look at the social media management software for agencies comparison, which prices ten real client setups.
  • The calendar is empty because nobody has time to write. Keep Pallyy and add Adapter.to. The $49 Creator plan turns 30 client blog posts or URLs a month into posts for 8 channels; Pro at $99 adds video and podcast inputs.

Is Pallyy good?

For a freelancer or a small agency, yes. Pallyy's own published facts cite 4.7 out of 5 across 81 verified reviews on Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice as of September 2026, and reviewers repeatedly praise the clean calendar, the approval link and the per-brand price. The complaints are about scope: there is no ads management, no listening, X, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads and Bluesky are publishing only with no inbox or analytics, and Facebook connects pages only.

Our view: it is one of the best-priced schedulers for one to ten client brands with approvals included. Test your Instagram account types and the approval link with a real client during the 14-day trial before you pay for a year.

Where Pallyy is the better choice

If your clients send you finished posts and you need them approved, queued, answered and reported on, Pallyy does that and Adapter.to does not. It publishes to 10 networks, gives every client a review link, keeps 5 years of analytics on paid plans and has a REST API. For a freelancer with one or two clients at $25 to $35 a month, it is hard to beat.

Where writing from your clients' own content wins

A scheduler only publishes what exists, and in agency work the bottleneck is usually the writing. If each client publishes one article or records one video a week, someone still has to turn it into an Instagram caption, a LinkedIn post and a TikTok script before Pallyy has anything to queue. A prompt-based caption tool starts from nothing. Adapter.to starts from the client's article, so the examples, numbers and opinions in the posts are theirs, which also makes approvals faster.

It is cheap per piece. One 1,500 word client blog post becomes posts for 8 formats in one run, about $1.63 a source on the Creator plan, and there is no per-brand fee, so ten clients cost the same as one. Paste the results into each client's Pallyy calendar and send the review link as usual. The blog to social media page shows a full run, and the content repurposing for agencies page covers multi-client workflows.

Good questions

Pallyy vs Adapter.to, answered

For another scheduler, Planoly if you work mostly on Instagram and want the lowest price, Sendible if you need several logins on a small budget, or SocialPilot if you need white-label reports. If the real problem is writing posts, Adapter.to turns each client blog post or video into posts for 8 channels from $49 a month, and you keep scheduling in Pallyy.
Pallyy Pro is $25 a month for one brand and one user, Agency is $99 for 10 brands and 3 users, and Scale is $199 for 30 brands and 10 users. Billed yearly that is $20, about $79 and $165 a month. Extra brands cost $10 a month on Pro and Agency, and extra users $10 on Agency.
Yes. The free plan covers one brand with up to 11 accounts, one user and 15 scheduled posts a month, but it publishes images only. Video, carousels, approvals, the inbox and link in bio need a paid plan, which starts with a 14-day trial.
A social set is one brand or client. It holds up to 11 connected accounts, such as an Instagram profile, a Facebook page, a LinkedIn page and a TikTok account. Pallyy charges by the number of sets, not by the number of channels, so adding a network to an existing brand costs nothing.
Usually, yes. Pallyy Pro is $25 a month for one brand, the same as Later's entry plan, but Pallyy adds brands at $10 each and includes 10 brands on Agency for $99, while Later's $110 monthly top plan covers 6 social sets. Our Later alternative page compares the two in more detail.
It replaces the writing, not the scheduling. Adapter.to turns each blog post, URL, video or podcast into channel-native posts for 8 formats, 30 sources a month for $49, with no per-brand fee. It does not publish or collect approvals, so most agencies use it alongside Pallyy.
