Statusbrew pricing and Statusbrew alternatives compared for brand and support teams
Statusbrew is a social media management platform built around engagement. Its all-in-one inbox pulls comments, messages and reviews from every connected network into one queue, and its rule engine can hide, tag or assign comments automatically, including comments on paid ads. Retail, hospitality and franchise brands that answer a lot of customers in public tend to rate it highly: about 4.8 out of 5 on both G2 and Capterra.
What Statusbrew does not do is write the posts. Its AI assistant drafts captions from a prompt. Adapter.to is software that writes from material you already have: paste a blog post, a product page URL, a video or a podcast and it returns the LinkedIn post, Instagram caption, X thread, TikTok script, newsletter blurb and more, built on what the piece actually says. It does not schedule or run an inbox, so the comparison below also shows where Statusbrew is the better buy.

The short answer
Statusbrew costs $89 a month for 1 user and 5 social profiles (Lite), $179 for 3 users and 10 profiles (Standard) and $299 for 6 users and 15 profiles (Premium), read off its pricing page and its own product price list on October 12, 2026. Billed yearly that is $69, $129 and $229 a month. On Standard, extra users are $30 and extra profiles $10 a month; on Premium they are $35 and $15. Approval workflows, sentiment analysis and competitor benchmarking start on Premium. There is a 14-day trial with no card and no permanent free plan. The cheapest alternative for a team is Sendible, which includes unlimited users from $35, and if your problem is writing the posts rather than answering comments, Adapter.to turns each blog post or video into posts for 8 channels from $49 a month.
Statusbrew sells the engagement half of social media: an inbox, comment moderation rules, publishing and reports, priced per plan with fixed users and profiles. Adapter.to sells the writing half: each article, video or episode becomes channel-native posts in minutes, 30 sources a month on the $49 plan. A brand whose inbox is under control and whose calendar is thin needs the second tool, not a different first one.

How much does Statusbrew cost in 2026?
We read the plan cards on statusbrew.com/pricing and the price list its own pricing page loads for each plan on October 12, 2026. All prices are in USD, and Statusbrew's FAQ confirms that. The cards show the yearly rate by default, which is why most roundups quote $69 as the entry price. Billed month to month, the same plan is $89.
| Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly | Users | Social profiles | Add-ons |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $89 | $828 a year ($69 a month) | 1 | 5 | None listed on the plan card |
| Standard | $179 | $1,548 a year ($129 a month) | 3 | 10 | User $30, profile $10 a month |
| Premium | $299 | $2,748 a year ($229 a month) | 6 | 15 | User $35, profile $15 a month |
| Enterprise | Quoted | Quoted | Unlimited | Unlimited | SSO, HubSpot and Salesforce, account manager |
Every plan includes unlimited publishing, the best-time queue, bulk scheduling and the all-in-one inbox. Standard adds the rule engine for automated comment management, reporting with 18 months of backfilled data, Google Business Profile and a link in bio page. Premium adds AI sentiment analysis, assignment and approval workflows, team and SLA reporting, competitor benchmarking and social and web listening. The plans carry 2,000, 5,000 and 10,000 AI credits a month. The trial runs 14 days with no card, and eligible nonprofits get a flat 50% off Standard and Premium. Agencies are quoted separately, from $49 a month per client.
What the Statusbrew price list shows that the cards do not
Three details change what you will actually pay.
- The yearly discount is uneven. Lite saves 22.5% billed yearly ($828 against $1,068), Standard 27.9% ($1,548 against $2,148) and Premium 23.4% ($2,748 against $3,588). Standard is the plan where prepaying matters most.
- Premium has a quarterly option with no discount. It is $897 a quarter, exactly three months at $299, so it only buys you a shorter commitment than a year.
- The page's own description says pricing starts at $129 a month. That is Standard on yearly billing, and it skips Lite entirely. If a colleague quotes $129 as the minimum, Lite at $69 yearly or $89 monthly is the real floor for one person.
When does Premium beat Standard with add-ons?
At six users. On monthly billing, Standard plus 5 extra profiles is $229 for 3 users and 15 profiles, and adding two more users brings it to $289 for 5 users. The sixth user takes it to $319, which is more than Premium at $299 with 6 users and 15 profiles included. So a team of up to five people that does not need approvals can stay on Standard and save money.
Approvals are the catch. Assignment and approval workflows start on Premium, so an agency or a regulated brand that needs sign-off before a post goes out is on $299 a month from day one, however small the team. The other jump is at the bottom. Lite has one login and its plan card lists no user add-on, so the day a second person needs access, the bill goes from $89 to $179.
Statusbrew vs Agorapulse vs Sprout Social vs Sendible on real team setups
These are the inbox-first tools most often weighed against Statusbrew. Agorapulse and Sprout Social price per user seat; Sendible prices per client workspace with unlimited users. Monthly billing, each read off the vendor's own pricing page between October 2 and October 12, 2026.
| Setup | Statusbrew | Agorapulse | Sprout Social | Sendible |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 user, 5 profiles | $89 (Lite) | $99 (Standard, 10 profiles) | $99 (Essentials, no inbox) | $35 (Core, 6 profiles) |
| 3 users, 10 profiles | $179 (Standard) | $297 (3 Standard seats) | $1,197 (3 Professional seats, Standard stops at 5 profiles) | $99 (Plus, 18 profiles) |
| 6 users, 15 profiles | $299 (Premium) | $669 (6 Standard seats plus 5 profiles at $15) | $2,394 (6 Professional seats) | $99 (Plus, 18 profiles) |
| Approval workflows | From Premium | Simple approvals listed on the plan chart | From Professional | From Plus |
Statusbrew is cheaper than both per-seat suites at every team size here, and the gap widens with every person you add. Sendible is cheaper still because users are unlimited, though its inbox and moderation rules are lighter. Our Agorapulse review, Sprout Social review and Sendible review each work through their own bills in more detail.
What is the best Statusbrew alternative?
It depends on why you are leaving.
- You need more logins on a small budget. Sendible includes unlimited users on every plan, even the $35 one, which beats paying $179 for Statusbrew Standard just to add a second person. See the Sendible alternative page for where it falls short.
- You need deeper reporting and listening and have the budget. Sprout Social and Agorapulse both go further on reporting, at a per-seat price that grows with the team. The Agorapulse alternative page covers its seat math and its new Archie writer.
- You run many client brands. Statusbrew quotes agencies per client. The social media management software for agencies comparison prices ten real client setups across the per-account, per-workspace and per-seat models.
- The inbox is fine and the calendar is thin. Keep Statusbrew and add Adapter.to. The $49 Creator plan turns 30 blog posts, product pages or URLs a month into posts for 8 channels; Pro at $99 adds video and podcast inputs.
Is Statusbrew good?
For a brand that answers a lot of public comments, yes. It is rated about 4.8 out of 5 on G2 from roughly 250 reviews and 4.8 on Capterra from 86, with ease of use at 4.7 and customer service at 4.8 on Capterra. Reviewers single out the rule engine, ad comment moderation and fast support. Statusbrew also promises no long contracts, cancellation at any time and no price rises on an existing plan, which is unusual in this category.
The weak spots are price at the bottom and the approvals gate. One person pays $89 a month where Buffer or Sendible cost a fraction of that, and approvals need Premium. Test your real comment volume and your ad accounts during the 14-day trial before you prepay a year.
Where Statusbrew is the better choice
If your daily work is hundreds of comments, DMs and reviews, including comments on Facebook and Instagram ads, Statusbrew does that and Adapter.to does not. Its rules can hide spam and route complaints automatically, it reports on response times by team member, and it publishes to every major network. For a support-heavy brand with a three-person team, Standard at $179 is fair value.
Where writing from your own content wins
A management platform only publishes what exists, and for most brands the bottleneck is the writing. If you publish one blog post, product guide or video a week, someone still has to turn it into an Instagram caption, a LinkedIn post and a TikTok script before Statusbrew has anything to queue. A prompt-based assistant starts from nothing. Adapter.to starts from your article, so the examples, numbers and claims in the posts are already yours and already approved.
It is cheap per piece. One 1,500 word blog post becomes posts for 8 formats in one run, about $1.63 a source on the Creator plan, and there is no per-seat fee, so a five-person team pays the same as one person. Paste the results into the Statusbrew composer and schedule as usual. The blog to social media page shows a full run, and the content repurposing for agencies page covers multi-brand workflows.
