Acceptance of these terms

By using adapter.to or signing up for Adapter.to, you agree to these terms of service. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Adapter.to is

Adapter.to is a content repurposing tool. You give it one source, a blog post, a video, a podcast, a newsletter or a URL, and it rewrites that source into channel-native formats, such as an X thread, a LinkedIn post, an Instagram caption, a TikTok or Reels script, a newsletter, an email, ad copy and a YouTube description. It is offered on paid plans.

The service helps you produce content. You remain responsible for reviewing the output, for the accuracy of what you publish, for the content you submit, and for how and where you post. You can edit any output before you use it.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using the service in line with all laws that apply to you and with the rules of the platforms you publish to. You agree to provide accurate information and to only submit content you have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing the output before you publish it and for the way you use it.

Acceptable use

Adapter.to is intended for legitimate use by creators, marketers, agencies and teams repurposing their own content. You agree to use the service responsibly and to comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Submit content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Generate or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service or circumvent its limits.
• Resell or redistribute the service except under a written agreement with us.

You are responsible for the content you submit and how you use the output.

Your content and data

As between you and us, you keep all rights to the content you submit and to the output you receive. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your content and provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell your content and we do not use it for anyone else's marketing.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep any credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or access has been used without your permission.

Plans, billing and refunds

Adapter.to is offered on paid plans, including Creator, Pro, Team and Agency. All prices and charges are in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the term you choose, until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change our plans and prices, and we will give notice of changes that affect an active subscription.

Service availability

We work to keep Adapter.to available and performing well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or temporarily suspend features to maintain and improve the service.

Intellectual property

Adapter.to, including its software, models, interface, content and brand, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the service except as expressly permitted. The names of other companies, platforms and products referenced on this site are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service is error-free or that any specific reach, engagement or result will follow from the content you publish. The figures shown on this site are typical outcomes, not guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adapter.to and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and cancel your plan. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
