Feedbird alternative with Feedbird pricing and done-for-you services compared

Feedbird is a done-for-you social media service: a team designs and writes 10 to 30 branded posts a month, you approve the calendar, and they publish to one of each of your social channels. At $99 for 10 posts it is one of the better-value services we have priced, because every channel in the set is included rather than billed at $10 each.

It is still a service built from an onboarding call. If you already write articles, record videos, host a podcast or send a newsletter, the posts that sell for you are the ones built from that material. Adapter.to is software that writes them: paste a source and it returns the LinkedIn post, Instagram caption, X thread, TikTok script and more from what the piece actually says. It does not design or publish, so the comparison below shows where Feedbird is the better buy too.

The short answer

Feedbird costs $99 a month for 10 custom-branded social posts, $199 for 20 and $299 for 30, read off its pricing page on October 7, 2026, and each plan publishes to one social set (one of each channel) at no extra cost. Short-form videos start at $149 for 5, ads management at $499 and the full-service Feedbird Pro at $1,500. Plans are monthly with a 14-day first-batch guarantee. Grow Via Social matches it at $99, while 99 Dollar Social and Smarcomms charge $10 per extra channel. If you already publish articles, videos or podcasts, Adapter.to writes posts for every channel from them, from $49 a month for 30 sources, but you design and schedule them yourself.

Feedbird sells finished, designed posts made by a team that learns your business from a call and a form. Adapter.to sells the writing step to people who already have something to say: each article, video or episode becomes channel-native posts in minutes, 30 sources a month on the $49 plan. You keep design, scheduling and approval in your own hands.

How much does Feedbird cost in 2026?

We read the prices off feedbird.com/pricing on October 7, 2026. The social media posts plan comes in three sizes, and Feedbird's own Product markup on the page lists exactly these three offers. All prices are in USD, billed monthly, and renew automatically until you cancel.

Posts a monthPrice a monthCost per postChannels
10$99$9.90One social set
20$199$9.95One social set
30$299$9.97One social set

Unlike most services, the price per post goes up very slightly with volume, so there is no bulk saving at all. The other services are sold the same way, as monthly add-ons: short-form videos from $149 for 5, AI videos from $149 for 2, Instagram growth $149, SEO blog posts and ad creative from $99, email marketing from $149, Meta or Google Ads management $499 each, managed SEO $499, UGC videos from $599, and Feedbird Pro, a dedicated senior lead running every channel, from $1,500. Feedbird says most clients combine two to four services and spend $300 to $600 a month.

Feedbird vs 99 Dollar Social, Smarcomms and Grow Via Social

These four sell the same thing at almost the same headline price, so the difference is in what the $99 covers. Here is a business that wants posts on four channels, priced from each provider's own page (Feedbird on October 7, the others on October 6, 2026).

Posts a month on 4 channelsFeedbird99 Dollar SocialSmarcommsGrow Via Social
About 10$99$129 ($99 + 3 x $10)$129 ($99 + 3 x $10)$99 (9 posts + 1 video)
About 20$199$219 ($189 + $30)$225 ($195 + $30)$199 (16 posts + 4 videos)
About 30$299$309 ($279 + $30)$325 ($295 + $30)$299 (22 posts + 8 videos)

On one channel, 99 Dollar Social is the cheapest at the 20 and 30 post sizes. From two channels up, Feedbird and Grow Via Social pull ahead because the channels are included. Grow Via Social swaps some image posts for short videos at the same price; Feedbird keeps all 10, 20 or 30 as designed posts and sells video separately. Our 99 Dollar Social alternative page has that service's full add-on list.

What is the best Feedbird alternative?

It depends on which part of Feedbird you would miss.

  • You want the same done-for-you service. Grow Via Social matches Feedbird at $99, $199 and $299 with all platforms included and some video mixed in. 99 Dollar Social is cheaper if you only post on one channel.
  • You already write blog posts, record videos or host a podcast. Adapter.to turns each one into posts for every channel in your own words. The $49 Creator plan covers 30 sources a month; Pro at $99 adds video and podcast inputs and a saved brand voice.
  • You want to keep the calendar in house. Pair a scheduler with Adapter.to. Our cheapest social media scheduler comparison prices the low end account by account.
  • You need a bigger agency, not a post subscription. Our content repurposing services pricing page lists what freelancers and agencies charge per month and per asset.

Is Feedbird legit?

Yes. Feedbird publishes its prices, has a written refund policy (last updated September 25, 2026), and its site shows a 4.6 out of 5 rating from more than 800 verified reviews and 4.9 on Clutch. It also runs a white-label reseller program for agencies, which is why some agency offers in the market are Feedbird underneath.

Read the guarantee closely before you start. The 14-day satisfaction guarantee refunds your first month only if you reject the first batch after the revision rounds. If you approve or schedule any post from that batch, it counts as accepted and the guarantee no longer applies. Review the whole first batch before you approve a single post.

Does Feedbird use AI?

Feedbird says its posts come from a team of 200+ vetted creatives, not AI, working with software it built itself. It also sells AI videos as a separate product, from $149 for 2. The human team is what the roughly $10 per post pays for, and it is why the price per post does not fall as you buy more.

Adapter.to takes the other route on purpose. The AI writes, but only from the material you give it, so the facts, examples and opinions are yours. Nobody has to learn your business from an onboarding call, because your article or video already says what you think.

Where Feedbird is the better choice

If you have no content and no time, Feedbird is good value. You hand over your brand, approve a batch once a month, and designed posts appear on every channel in your social set. Adapter.to cannot do that: it needs a source, it returns text without images, and someone still has to schedule the posts.

Feedbird also wins if you want one vendor for several marketing jobs. Posts, short video, ads, SEO blog posts and email under one account manager is simpler than five freelancers. Agencies that resell it under their own brand and need creator video for clients can also look at a white-label UGC creator platform, which handles the sourcing and briefing side instead of buying finished videos at $599 a month.

Where writing from your own content wins

A service writes about your industry. Your own articles, videos and episodes are about your business: the job you finished last week, the question every client asks, the mistake you see on every project. That is what makes a prospect get in touch, and it is the content an outside team cannot make up.

It also scales differently. One 20-minute video becomes a LinkedIn post, an Instagram caption, an X thread, a TikTok script, a newsletter section, an email and a YouTube description in one run, for under $2 a source on the Creator plan. Owners usually start from repurpose blog posts or repurpose video content.

How to switch from Feedbird without a gap

Plans are monthly, so cancel before the next renewal and ask your account manager for the source files of the posts already made. While the last approved batch runs out, connect your channels to a scheduler and run your latest blog post or video through Adapter.to. By the time Feedbird stops, you have a month of drafts written from your own material.

If designed images matter to your feed, set up one simple template per channel in a design tool and drop the new captions onto it. That is the part of the service you will now do yourself.
