Levitate Pricing and Cost for Financial Advisors in 2026

Levitate pricing for financial advisors: no prices on its plans page since early 2023, the last published list of $199 and $249 a month plus a $450 implementation fee, what each current plan includes, and the first year against FMG Suite and Snappy Kraken.

The short answer

Levitate does not publish its prices: its three plans (Essential, Preferred and Prestige) are sold only through a demo, read October 24, 2026. The last public prices, archived in September 2022, were Business Silver at $199 a month and Business Gold at $249 a month, both billed annually, plus a $450 implementation fee, so about $2,838 to $3,438 in the first year. FMG Suite starts at $99 a month plus $199 setup and Snappy Kraken at $199 a month plus $199 setup on an annual term.

How much does Levitate cost?

Levitate does not publish its prices. Its plans page lists three plans, Levitate Essential, Levitate Preferred and Levitate Prestige, and every one of them ends in a "Book a Demo" button with no number attached. We read the page on October 24, 2026. The last time Levitate put a price in public was September 2022: Business Silver at $199 a month and Business Gold at $249 a month, both billed annually, plus a $450 implementation fee.

So the honest answer is that you will get a quote, and the quote is the first number you see. Below is what the archive shows Levitate used to charge, what each current plan includes, how the first year compares with FMG Suite and Snappy Kraken (both of which do publish prices), and the questions worth asking on the demo call before you sign anything.

What did Levitate cost when it published prices?

Archived copies of levitate.ai/pricing from January to September 2022 show the same three tiers every time. We pulled them from the Internet Archive and read the plan cards directly.

2022 planMonthlyBillingSetupFirst year
Personal$0n/aNone$0, one user
Business Silver$199Annual$450$2,838
Business Gold$249Annual$450$3,438

Business Silver covered up to five users, a dedicated Success Specialist, email and calendar integration, unlimited contacts and email sends, the email template library, automations, API integrations and reporting. Business Gold added custom content writing (four templates a year), unlimited marketing consultations, texting and meeting booking. Both paid tiers offered a free trial then. The free Personal account and the trial are both gone from today's page.

By February 2023 the archived plans page had no prices on it at all, and none have appeared since. That matters when you read third-party figures. Capterra's Levitate listing shows a starting price of $349 a month without naming a plan or a user count. It is plausible for the current entry plan, since Levitate has added social posting, AI content and blogs since 2022, but it is a directory figure, not something Levitate states.

What do you get on each Levitate plan?

All three current plans share a core: email, social and texting, a dedicated Success Specialist, an AI assistant, review generation and management, meeting booking, and reporting. The differences sit above that core.

Websites are a separate purchase with their own three tiers: Website Essential (up to 20 pages), Website Preferred (up to 30 pages, with a compliance workflow and a choice of ADA or translation) and Website Prestige (up to 100 pages, advanced SEO). Website Essential cannot be bundled with a Levitate plan, according to a footnote on the page. Google Local Service Ads and Meta Ads are sold as managed add-ons. Every website and add-on is "Talk to Sales".

The detail worth noticing for an advisor: API integrations sit on Preferred and above. If you expect Levitate to sync with your CRM, ask on the call which integrations Essential actually includes, because the plan card does not list any.

Is Levitate cheaper than FMG Suite or Snappy Kraken?

It depends on the quote, but on the archived list price Levitate's first year sat between the two. FMG Suite and Snappy Kraken both publish their prices now, so they are the fair benchmark for whatever number Levitate gives you.

PlanMonthlySetupTermFirst year
FMG Suite Marketing Essential$99$199Not stated$1,387
Snappy Kraken Foundations$199$199Annual$2,587
Levitate Business Silver (2022 list)$199$450Annual$2,838
FMG Suite Marketing Premium$269$199Not stated$3,427
Levitate Business Gold (2022 list)$249$450Annual$3,438
Snappy Kraken Grow$299$499Annual$4,087

FMG Suite prices were read off fmgsuite.com/pricing on October 19, 2026 and Snappy Kraken's on October 21, 2026. Our FMG Suite pricing breakdown covers its website plans and bundles, and the Snappy Kraken review covers its setup fees and the 20 percent LPL discount.

Two things make Levitate hard to compare even with a quote in hand. First, its old plans covered up to five users for one price, while Snappy Kraken prices per advisor workspace, so a three-advisor practice should compare total cost, not the headline. Second, Levitate bundles a person, the Success Specialist, who meets you every quarter to plan outreach. FMG Suite only puts concierge help on its $895 Do It For Me plan. If you would actually use that quarterly meeting, it is worth real money.

Does Levitate have a free trial?

Not anymore. The current plans page offers only "Book a Demo" and a phone number, with no trial and no free plan. In 2022 both paid tiers had a "Free Trial" button and a free Personal account existed, and a 2024 snapshot still showed "Start a Free Trial" next to each plan. If a trial matters to you, ask for one on the call; the page no longer promises it.

Is Levitate worth it for a financial advisor?

Levitate is worth it for an advisor whose growth comes from staying in touch with an existing book: birthday and anniversary emails, handwritten cards, review requests and a regular newsletter, planned with a specialist who knows the industry. That is what the product was built around, and it calls itself "keep-in-touch marketing" for a reason. Its finance page also says content is "written with compliance in mind" and that there is an approval process for content that needs compliance review.

It is expensive for an advisor who mainly wants social posts. If LinkedIn is the job, you are paying for texting, review management, meeting booking and a specialist you may not need. The same goes for surveys: if the real draw is asking clients how you are doing, a standalone client feedback survey tool covers that for far less than an all-in-one plan.

And it is the wrong shape for an advisor who already writes. Levitate's content comes from its library, its AI and its writers. If you produce a quarterly market commentary or record webinars, your best material already exists, and what you are missing is the step that turns it into posts, a newsletter section and a client email.

What is the cheaper option for posts from your own commentary?

That missing step is what Adapter.to does. Paste a section of your commentary or a client letter, or drop in the URL of a published article, and it writes the LinkedIn post, the newsletter section, the email, an X post and a Reels script from what you actually wrote. Creator is $49 a month, or $24 a month billed annually ($288 for the year), with no setup fee and no annual term on monthly billing. Pro is $99 a month and adds video and podcast inputs for webinar recordings. See Adapter.to pricing for the full plan list.

Be clear about what it does not do. Adapter.to writes drafts and hands you the text. It does not send email to your CRM list, post to your accounts, archive communications or review anything for compliance, so drafts still go through your firm's approval queue and your approved publishing tool. If you need those things handled for you, Levitate, FMG Suite or Snappy Kraken is the better buy. Our page on social media content for financial advisors walks through that workflow and the full price comparison. Independent insurance agents who want the same approach for client letters and renewal explainers can read about social media content for insurance agents, and loan officers have a matching page on social media content for mortgage brokers.

Common questions

Why doesn't Levitate show its prices?

Levitate has not said. Its prices disappeared from the plans page between September 2022 and February 2023, around the time it added social media posting. Quote-based pricing usually means the price varies with user count, website choice and add-ons, and that the company prefers to set it on a call.

What is the Levitate implementation fee?

The last published figure was $450, charged on both Business Silver and Business Gold in 2022. Current setup fees are not published. FMG Suite charges $199 to $499 to set up its marketing plans, and Snappy Kraken $199 to $499, so a setup fee in that range would be normal for the category.

Is Levitate billed monthly or annually?

Annually, at least when it published prices: both 2022 plans read "billed annually" next to the monthly figure. Ask whether monthly billing exists before the demo ends, because the annual commitment is the largest part of the first-year cost.

Does Levitate work for insurance agents and accountants too?

Yes. Levitate sells to insurance, financial, legal, accounting, nonprofit, mortgage, real estate, home services, chiropractic and dental businesses, with industry content for each. That breadth is useful context: the content library is built for many professions, while FMG Suite and Snappy Kraken build only for financial advisors.

What is the best Levitate alternative for a solo advisor?

If you want another all-in-one advisor platform with published prices, FMG Suite Marketing Essential at $99 a month plus $199 setup is the cheapest entry. If you write your own commentary and want posts and client emails built from it, Adapter.to Creator at $49 a month, or $24 billed annually, with no setup fee.
