Content repurposing for wellness coaches and healers: specialist pricing packages, agency rates and what each one actually delivers

Search for a content repurposing specialist who works with wellness coaches, healers or spiritual entrepreneurs and you get two kinds of result. A handful of studios that name your niche precisely, right down to reiki practitioners and sound healers, and a long tail of template bundles on Gumroad. Almost none of them put a price on the page. So we went and found the prices: read off each provider’s own material in September 2026, including one package sheet that only exists as a downloadable PDF and has therefore never appeared in a single roundup.

The short answer

Content repurposing for wellness coaches and healers is quoted between $500 and $4,700 in the United States as of September 2026, and the spread is that wide because the providers are selling different work under one label. Lumiere Virtual Solutions publishes repurposing packages from $500 and $600 a month. Skape Digital, the only studio we found that names reiki healers, energy workers, sound healers and yoga teachers explicitly, charges $1,280 a month on a six-month minimum, which is $7,680 committed, and its deliverable list is search optimization plus two blog posts a month with no repurposing in it. Boutique studios outside the wellness niche sit at $900 to $3,000. Software that does the rewriting itself, this page included, runs in the tens of dollars a month and asks for no minimum term.

Two things came out of that, and both change how you should shop. The published floor for this niche is $500 a month, not the $900 or $1,000 every comparison article repeats. And the one agency that names healers, energy workers, sound healers and yoga teachers by name is not selling repurposing at all: its retainer buys search optimization and two blog posts a month, on a six-month commitment. Below is the full table, the arithmetic on what a four-figure budget genuinely covers, and an honest account of when a person beats software and when the reverse is true.

Why it works

What you get

Every specialist and agency rate we could verify for this niche, including two nobody has published.

Prices read off the provider, not a roundup

Every figure below came from that provider’s own page or package sheet in September 2026. Two of them we had to open a PDF to find. Where a provider publishes nothing, we write "not published" rather than inventing a range.

Shop the commitment, not the monthly rate

A $1,280 retainer on a six-month minimum is $7,680 of risk. A $500 package with no stated term is $500 of risk. The monthly number on its own tells you almost nothing about what you are agreeing to.

Check that the package contains repurposing

Several providers that rank for this search sell website builds or search retainers. Read the deliverable list before the price. If the words "repurposed from your existing content" are not in it, you are buying something else.

What it handles

One input, rewritten for every channel

Drop in your source and Adapter.to reshapes it into channel-native posts, each with the right tone, length and format. You pick a tone, edit anything, and ship.

  • Turns one recorded session, workshop, podcast episode, talk or long post into channel-native drafts for every platform you publish on
  • Writes each channel its own version instead of copying one caption across Instagram, LinkedIn, a newsletter and Threads
  • Works from a plain URL, so a published piece becomes source material without anyone retyping it
  • Removes the rewriting that most of the retainers on this page are really charging for, and leaves the judgment and the voice with you
  • Costs a fraction of the lowest published package here, with no minimum term and no six-month commitment

Why Adapter.to

One tool that adapts any source to every channel

Not a video clipper, not a single-channel writer, and not copy-pasting between ChatGPT tabs. Any source in, every format out, each rewritten natively, in your voice.

Any source in

A blog URL, a YouTube video, a podcast, a newsletter or a pasted draft. One input is all it takes to feed every channel you publish on.

Every format out

An X thread, a LinkedIn post, an IG caption, a TikTok script, a newsletter, an email and more, each shaped to the platform, not the same text reflowed.

In your voice

Set a brand voice and pick a tone, then edit anything before you post. Every channel sounds like you, professional, casual or bold.

How it works

From one source to wellness coaches in three steps

1

Count your sources, not your budget

Write down how many long-form pieces you genuinely produce in a month: recorded sessions, workshops, episodes, talks, newsletters. That number is what every quote is priced against underneath, and a good studio will ask for it in the first ten minutes.

2

Ask for a deliverable count per source

Only one provider we found publishes one, and it is three finished pieces per long-form source. Everyone else quotes a monthly figure with no denominator. Ask for the count in writing before you sign, because $1,500 over twelve assets and $1,500 over four are completely different purchases.

3

Ask what happens to client stories and health claims

A wellness practice repurposing testimonials and outcome language across five channels multiplies its exposure five times over. Find out who is checking the claims in the drafts, because on most retainers at this price the answer is you.

4

Run one source through the tool before you commit

Paste a single episode, workshop or post into the converter at the top of this page. If the drafts come back needing a light edit rather than a rewrite, you have your answer on whether a four-figure retainer is buying you anything a tool does not.

How much does content repurposing cost for a wellness coach?

Between $500 and $4,700 depending on who does the work and how it is packaged, verified in September 2026. The lowest published rate in this niche is Lumiere Virtual Solutions at $500 a month for its Get Noticed package, rising to $600 when you add email or blog copy. Boutique studios that serve coaches more broadly sit at $900 and $1,500. The only named wellness specialist charges $1,280 a month, and a full platform build runs $4,700 or more as a one-time project.

That $500 floor matters more than it looks, because every roundup covering this market starts its range at $900 or $1,000. The reason is mundane: Lumiere publishes its rates inside a downloadable PDF rather than on the page, so nothing that scrapes or skims the web has picked them up. We opened the PDF. Two packages, both priced, both explicitly built around repurposing a coach’s existing content and podcast into social posts, branded graphics and a scheduled calendar.

The same provider’s older sheet tells a second story. Its November 2023 version priced the identical Get Noticed package from $1,280 a month and promised four posts a week inspired by your content, with the blog and email tier at $1,350 and a Facebook group package at $1,600. The version linked today starts at $500 and $600, a cut of 61% and 56%, and no longer states a post count anywhere. A lower price with the deliverable count removed is the clearest possible argument for asking what the count is before you sign.

The ceiling is doing something different from the floor. At $2,500 to $4,700 you are usually not buying more repurposing, you are buying a website, a booking system and payment processing. Read the deliverable list before you read the price, because in this niche the price alone does not tell you what category of work you are hiring.

What do content repurposing packages for coaches actually include?

The honest packages in this niche include five things: a monthly strategy or planning session, a content plan, social posts rewritten from source material you already produced, branded graphics that match your visual identity, and someone loading it all into a scheduler. Lumiere’s two packages are the clearest published example, and the only difference between the $500 and the $600 tier is whether email or blog copy is included.

What is almost never included is a number. Of the seven providers in the table above, exactly one publishes how many finished assets you get per source today: Fairy Fox Digital commits to a minimum of three repurposed pieces per long-form piece, specifically one video short, one written piece and one social post. Nobody else states a count anywhere. That is the single most useful question you can ask on a discovery call, and the answer converts an unshoppable monthly figure into a per-asset rate you can compare.

Watch for the packages that use the word without the work. Skape Digital’s Organic Growth System is the clearest case: $1,280 a month buys answer engine optimization, search optimization, two curated SEO blogs a month, a performance report, growth consulting and Google Business Profile work. It is a competent search retainer. There is no repurposing line item in it at all, and it ranks for this search because it names the audience, not the service.

Is a content repurposing specialist for healers worth $1,280 a month?

It depends entirely on whether you need search visibility or content volume, and those are different problems with different prices. Skape Digital is the only studio we found that names life coaches, business coaches, reiki healers, energy workers, sound healers, yoga teachers, therapists, nutritionists and spiritual mentors explicitly, which is genuinely valuable if you are tired of explaining your work to a generalist agency. Its $1,280 a month, on a six-month minimum, produces two blog posts a month plus ongoing SEO and AEO work.

Run that as a rate. Twelve blog posts over six months for $7,680 is $640 per post if you value only the writing, which is well above the $300 to $1,500 band the market pays for an SEO blog post, so you are clearly paying for the strategy and the optimization rather than the words. That can be the right purchase. It is simply not a repurposing purchase, and if what you actually need is your existing workshop turned into a month of posts, this retainer will not do it.

The six-month minimum is the part to weigh hardest. Every other provider in the table either publishes no term or asks for three months. Committing $7,680 before you have seen a month of output is a large bet for a solo practice, and the studio also sells a one-time Boost Searchability package, currently on sale at $888 against a listed $2,400, that delivers the technical SEO and AI-platform optimization without the retainer. If you want to test the relationship, that is the cheaper door.

What does a $1,000 to $2,000 a month budget buy a wellness practitioner?

One to two long-form sources repurposed a month, not four. The published per-asset rates in this market put a full episode or session package at $500 to $2,500, an SEO blog post at $300 to $1,500, a LinkedIn package at $100 to $500 and a short video clip at $75 to $500. Multiply those out and a $1,500 retainer covers three sources at the absolute low end of every line item and one source in the middle of the range.

This is where most wellness practices get surprised. A budget of $1,000 to $2,000 a month clears the freelancer band entirely and does not reach the specialized agency band at all, so you are buying at the top of one market or the bottom of another. At the top of the freelancer band you get an experienced individual who knows your niche and has limited hours. At the bottom of the agency band you get a team and a process, and usually fewer of those hours are senior.

The arithmetic that decides it is your publishing cadence. If you post weekly on three channels, that is roughly twelve to fifteen finished assets a month, which no four-figure retainer in this table commits to. Either you reduce cadence, or you accept that the retainer covers the flagship pieces and something else covers the rest. That second option is where software does its real work, and it is the reason the two are usually bought together rather than instead of each other.

Why do so few content repurposing specialists publish their prices?

Because the work is quoted per source and per channel, and neither is knowable before a call. A practitioner publishing one 60-minute workshop a month and a podcaster publishing weekly are ordering different amounts of the same service, so a single monthly figure on a page would be wrong for most visitors. That is the defensible reason.

The less defensible reason is that an unpublished price lets the quote move with the client. In September 2026 we opened the pages of all seven providers in the table. Five put a figure on the page, one publishes nothing at all, and one keeps both of its figures inside a downloadable PDF while its services page carries only a download link and the line "ad hoc pricing is also available, contact me for details".

What to do about it is simple enough. Get the deliverable count and the minimum term in writing before the price conversation, then divide. A provider who will commit to a count is telling you they have a process. A provider who will not is quoting your budget rather than the work, which is the surest sign to keep looking.

Should a wellness coach hire a specialist or use content repurposing software?

Hire a person when your bottleneck is strategy, judgment or taste, and use software when your bottleneck is the rewriting. That sounds like a dodge but it is the actual dividing line, and you can usually tell which one you are within a week of trying.

If you sit down with a recorded session and genuinely do not know which three ideas in it are worth posting, a specialist earns their retainer on the first call. If you know exactly what the three ideas are, and what stops you is the two or three hours it takes to turn them into a LinkedIn post, an Instagram caption, a newsletter section and a short script, that is rewriting, and rewriting is the part a tool removes almost entirely. Most wellness practitioners we see describing this problem are in the second group and buying for the first.

There is also a middle path most people miss, which is to buy both at a lower tier. A $500 package for the strategy session, the plan and the graphics, plus software handling the volume between sessions, covers more ground than a $1,280 retainer alone and commits you to less. The full agency pricing breakdown works the same comparison across the wider market, and the coaching workflow page walks through what to repurpose first.

What should a healer or spiritual entrepreneur repurpose first?

The thing you have already said out loud more than twice. Almost every practice has a handful of explanations it repeats in every discovery call, every workshop and every session intro: what the modality actually is, what a first session feels like, who it is not for, the objection that comes up every single time. Those are finished thoughts, delivered in your voice, and they are the highest-converting content you own.

In practical order: a recorded workshop or class, because it is long and structured and yields the most per hour of source. Then a podcast appearance or episode, which already has narrative shape. Then your own best-performing post from the last year, which the algorithm has already told you works. Client-facing emails and FAQ answers come next, and they are consistently underrated because they are written in the exact register that converts.

Leave live one-to-one sessions alone unless you have explicit written consent, and even then repurpose the idea rather than the story. Which brings up the part of this that is specific to wellness work.

What can go wrong when a wellness practice repurposes client stories and claims?

Repurposing multiplies exposure, and it multiplies your claims along with your reach. One sentence in a workshop about what a modality helps with becomes, after repurposing, an Instagram caption, a LinkedIn post, a newsletter line and a short video script. If that sentence was loose, it is now loose in five places, indexed, screenshotted and outside the context where you said it.

Two rules cover most of the risk. First, treat outcome language as something you approve per channel rather than once at the source: what reads as careful in a 60-minute class often reads as a promise in a 200-character caption. Second, never let a client story leave the source unless you have written consent for that specific use, and prefer the composite or the anonymized pattern to the identifiable story. In the United States, a practice that handles protected health information has a harder constraint than a coaching practice does, and the safe habit is to write as if the harder one applies.

This is also the honest argument for keeping a human in the loop no matter which route you take. A repurposing tool, ours included, will faithfully reproduce whatever claim is in the source across every channel, which is exactly what you want for your ideas and exactly what you do not want for an unguarded sentence. The review step is not optional in this niche, and any provider who does not raise it unprompted has not worked with practitioners much.

Content repurposing packages for wellness coaches and healers, verified September 2026

Read off each provider’s own page or package sheet in September 2026. Two of the rates here (the $500 and $600 packages) are published only inside a downloadable PDF, created in April 2025 and still the sheet the provider links today, which is why no comparison article carries them. Where a provider states a minimum term we show it, because the monthly figure alone understates what you are committing to. Australian dollars are marked as such and are a poor benchmark for a US budget.

Good questions

Questions people ask about content repurposing for wellness coaches

Between $500 and $1,500 a month for the packages that genuinely include repurposing, verified September 2026. Lumiere Virtual Solutions publishes $500 for social repurposing and $600 with email or blog copy added. Perennial Content lists $900 and $1,500. Skape Digital, the one studio that names healers explicitly, is $1,280 a month but its deliverable list is SEO work and two blog posts, not repurposing.
Skape Digital is the only one we found that names the audience precisely, listing life coaches, business coaches, reiki healers, energy workers, sound healers, yoga teachers, therapists, nutritionists and spiritual mentors on its page. Wellness Creative Co and Five Fathoms Creative serve adjacent niches, wellness brands and therapists respectively. Everyone else in this market is a generalist coach or podcast studio.
$500 a month, from Lumiere Virtual Solutions, for a monthly strategy session, a content plan, social posts repurposed from your own content and podcast, branded graphics and copy, scheduling and a monthly check-in. It is published in a downloadable package sheet rather than on the services page, which is why no comparison article carries it. Software that does the rewriting runs an order of magnitude below that.
Some do and most do not say. Skape Digital states a six-month minimum, so its $1,280 monthly rate is a $7,680 commitment. Fairy Fox Digital asks for three months on both its packages. Five Fathoms Creative runs a 90-day engagement. Lumiere, Perennial Content and Wellness Creative Co publish no term at all, which usually means month to month but should be confirmed in writing.
Three at an absolute minimum, and realistically eight to fifteen. The only provider in this market that publishes a commitment is Fairy Fox Digital, at three repurposed pieces per long-form source: one video short, one written piece and one social post. That is a floor, not a target. A 60-minute workshop usually contains four to six distinct ideas, and each one supports a post on more than one channel.
It replaces the rewriting, not the strategy. If you already know which ideas from a session are worth publishing and the obstacle is the two or three hours of turning them into channel-native drafts, software removes almost all of that. If you do not know which ideas to lead with or how to position the practice, a specialist earns the retainer on the first call and no tool substitutes for it.
It sounds like whatever the source sounded like, which is the point. The drafts are rewritten from words you already said in a workshop, a session intro or a post, so the vocabulary and the framing are yours. What changes is the shape: a caption is not a paragraph and a thread is not an essay. Review every draft before it publishes, which in this niche you should be doing regardless of who wrote it.
Yes. Create your account with your email, confirm the code, and pick a plan from $29 a month. The live demo on this page shows the output first.
