Sendible alternative and competitors, compared for content teams

Sendible is a social media management suite built for agencies, franchises and multi-location brands, and it is better value in 2026 than most comparisons of it suggest. It publishes to 10 networks, organizes work into client workspaces with their own inbox, calendar and reports, runs approval workflows, and white labels the whole dashboard on its upper tiers. Its standout change this year is that it removed user limits completely: every plan now includes unlimited users, including the $35 entry plan, which is the most generous seat policy of any tool in this category.

People search for a Sendible alternative for two quite different reasons. The first group hit the workspace model rather than the price. Capacity is sold in blocks of 6 social profiles, so you cannot buy one extra profile, and a client with a single Instagram account still costs a whole workspace. The second group has Sendible set up exactly right, with every client workspace configured and every approval chain working, and a calendar that keeps running dry. That is a production problem, not a scheduling problem, and no suite fixes it. That second half is what Adapter.to does. Paste a blog post, a YouTube video, a podcast or a URL and it writes the LinkedIn post, the X thread, the Instagram caption, the Facebook post and the email, each shaped for its channel, then hands you the text to load into Sendible or anywhere else.

The short answer

Sendible is a scheduling, engagement and reporting suite, not a content writer. Read off sendible.com in August 2026, it costs $35 a month for Core, $99 for Plus, $199 for Premium, $299 for Elite and $750 for Enterprise, or exactly 15 percent less billed annually. There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial that needs no card to start. It prices by workspace, not by profile: plans include 1, 3, 7, 15 and 50 workspaces and every workspace carries 6 social profiles, so the smallest capacity you can add is six profiles at $15 to $35 a month. Two details decide real bills. Sendible now includes unlimited users on every plan including the $35 one, which almost no current comparison mentions and which beats every rival here on seat cost. And at 11 workspaces, Premium plus extras costs the same $299 that Elite charges for 15, so staying on Premium past 10 clients is strictly worse. Nothing in Sendible turns a published article, video or podcast into a week of channel-native posts. Adapter.to does that upstream job from $29 a month and hands you the text to queue in Sendible.

Sendible is an agency-focused publishing and engagement suite priced per workspace, where each workspace bundles 6 social profiles and unlimited users. Adapter.to is a repurposing writer: it reads a blog post, video, podcast or URL and produces the native post for every channel, then stops at the text. Pick Sendible if the workload is running many client accounts with approvals, a shared inbox and branded reporting. Pick Adapter.to if the workspaces are set up, the approvals work, and the thing that keeps slipping is producing enough posts to fill them.

What does Sendible actually do?

Sendible is a social media management suite whose organizing idea is the client workspace. Each workspace is a self-contained space for one client, brand or location, with its own social profiles, content calendar, message inbox, queues, settings and reports. Agencies and franchise marketers work this way already, so the product maps onto the job rather than making you invent a structure for it.

Around that core sits a full suite. It publishes to 10 networks: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Google My Business, YouTube, WordPress, Threads and Bluesky. Posting blog updates to WordPress from a social scheduler is genuinely unusual and useful if you manage client blogs alongside their social accounts. There is a shared inbox for monitoring and replying to mentions, comments and messages, smart queues for evergreen recycling, bulk scheduling, campaign grouping, dynamic field placeholders for personalizing a post across many locations at once, and role-based permissions that get fine-grained on the upper tiers.

Two things deserve credit because they cut against the category. Sendible has removed user limits entirely: every plan now includes unlimited users, so you can hand logins to account managers, freelancers, client contacts and reviewers without touching the bill. And a white label add-on rebrands the dashboard, domain, reports and system emails as your own on Elite and Enterprise, which lets an agency sell access as part of its own product.

What Sendible does not do at any price is read something you already published and produce the posts themselves. Smart Compose drafts and polishes copy you type. The workspaces, calendars, queues, approvals and reports are all machinery for circulating content that exists. They are very good machinery, and they do nothing about an empty calendar.

How much does Sendible cost?

Read off sendible.com in August 2026, Sendible has five plans and no free tier. Core is $35 a month, Plus $99, Premium $199, Elite $299 and Enterprise $750, all billed monthly. Annual billing takes exactly 15 percent off each of those, giving $29.75, $84.15, $169.15, $254.15 and $637.50 a month. The trial runs 14 days on any plan and does not ask for a card to start, though you are asked to add one when it ends.

The unit being priced is the workspace, and each one carries 6 social profiles. Core includes 1 workspace, Plus 3, Premium 7, Elite 15 and Enterprise 50, which works out to 6, 18, 42, 90 and 300 social profiles. You cannot buy a single extra profile: the only way to add capacity is another workspace, and that costs $35 a month on Core, $30 on Plus, $25 on Premium, $20 on Elite and $15 on Enterprise. On Core specifically that means an extra workspace costs exactly as much as the entire plan, with no volume discount at all.

Because both the included counts and the extra rates change per tier, the two ways of buying capacity cross over at specific points. Plus becomes cheaper than Core plus extras at exactly 3 workspaces. Premium beats Plus plus extras at 7. And at 11 workspaces, Premium plus four extras costs $299, which is precisely Elite's list price for 15 workspaces, so past 10 clients staying on Premium means paying Elite money for less than Elite capacity. Our full breakdown, with the price at every workspace count and the white label rates, is on the Sendible pricing article.

Why do most Sendible comparisons list the wrong plans?

Because Sendible repriced and renamed its whole lineup, and the comparison articles have not caught up. Search for Sendible pricing today and nearly every result on page one still describes plans called Creator, Traction, Scale and Advanced at $29, $89, $199 and $299, with user caps of 1, 4, 7 and 80 and profile counts of 6, 24, 49 and 400. None of those plan names exist any more.

The differences are not cosmetic. The entry price rose from $29 to $35, which is 20.7 percent. The second tier went up to $99 and simultaneously dropped from 24 social profiles to 18, so it now costs $10 more for 6 fewer profiles. The third tier held its $199 while falling from 49 profiles to 42. Enterprise carries 300 profiles rather than 400. Anyone budgeting from a current-dated roundup is planning against a product that has not been sold for some time.

The largest change runs the other way, and it is the one worth knowing. Sendible removed user limits from every plan. Unlimited users is now included on all five tiers, including Core at $35. If you previously ruled Sendible out because your team did not fit inside a four-seat cap, that reason no longer applies. We have not found a comparison page currently ranking that mentions it.

The lesson generalizes past this one vendor. Check prices on the vendor's own page before you commit a budget, because roundups copy each other and a repricing can take a year to propagate. Our content repurposing tools comparison records where and when every figure was verified for exactly this reason.

Where Sendible genuinely beats the alternatives

A comparison that only finds faults is no use to anyone deciding. Sendible wins on four points, and one of them is the strongest single feature in this table.

  • Unlimited users on every plan, including the $35 one. No tool we have compared matches this. SocialBee includes exactly one user on both of its cheapest tiers and charges $10 a month for each extra. Later includes one and charges $3.75. Agorapulse and Sprout Social price the entire product per seat, from $79 a seat a month. For an agency handing access to staff, freelancers and clients, this is worth more than any headline rate.
  • The workspace model fits agency work. Separate inbox, calendar, queues, permissions and reports per client, rather than one shared account with tags. SocialBee includes one workspace on both cheap tiers and charges $10 a month for more. Sendible includes 7 on a $199 plan.
  • White label at a fair price. $349 a month on Elite against a $299 list price makes the add-on effectively $50, and it rebrands the dashboard, domain, reports and emails. Most suites that offer white labeling at all reserve it for quoted enterprise contracts.
  • WordPress publishing. Sendible posts blog updates to WordPress alongside the 9 social networks. If you run client blogs and client social accounts, that removes a tool from the stack. Publer is the only other scheduler here that does it.

Where Sendible runs out of road

The limits are structural rather than hidden fees, and the biggest one is the workspace block. Capacity comes in units of 6 social profiles and single profiles are not sold. A client with one Instagram account and one Facebook Page consumes a whole workspace, so a small agency with several light clients pays for a lot of profiles it will never connect. Tools that price per connected account, like Publer and Buffer, fit that shape far better.

Approvals are not on Core. If you need a client or a senior reviewer to sign off before anything publishes, the entry plan cannot do it and you are looking at Plus at $99 a month, which is a large step from $35 for one workflow. Custom branded reports need Premium at $199. For a single brand rather than an agency, quite a lot of what you would want sits two tiers up.

Measurement scope is the other real limit, and it is shared with everything in this category. Sendible reports on the social profiles inside a workspace. That is right for a social retainer and wrong the moment a client asks whether the marketing worked overall, because ad spend, site traffic and revenue live elsewhere. There is also no social listening beyond mentions and comments on your own connected profiles, so tracking a brand across the wider web and news is a separate tool.

And for a single brand with one set of accounts, the price is simply high for what it does. Core is $35 a month for 6 profiles. Publer bills roughly $24 a month for six accounts and Buffer about $30, both with a real free tier underneath. You are paying Sendible's premium for the inbox, the workflows and the agency structure, which is money well spent only if you use them.

What is the best Sendible alternative?

It depends which limit is biting, and the limits point at completely different products. Work out which one before you shop.

  • You want to pay per profile, not per block of six. Publer charges $4.00 per connected account a month at three or more and keeps a permanent free plan for 3, and Buffer charges $5.00 per channel with a free plan for 3 channels. Both fit a small account count far better than a workspace model.
  • You need a stronger unified inbox. Agorapulse has the best inbox in the category and moderates ad comments too, at the cost of per-seat pricing and a 10-profile cap on every named tier.
  • You need enterprise reporting and social listening. Sprout Social is the deeper and much more expensive suite at $79 a seat a month and up, with Hootsuite sitting between the two.
  • You want evergreen recycling as the main event. SocialBee is built around content categories and recurring queues, with unlimited AI generation on every tier, though it charges per user and per workspace.
  • You want white label for less. Vista Social includes a white label dashboard and client self-connection on its Scale plan at $349 a month, which is the same figure Sendible charges for white-labeled Elite, with 70 profiles rather than 90.
  • You live on one network. A dedicated tool beats a broad suite on its own ground: Typefully for X, Taplio or Supergrow for LinkedIn.
  • Video is most of what you publish. Opus Clip cuts long video into vertical clips, a job every suite above expects you to arrive with already done.
  • The calendar keeps running dry. That is a production problem, and no scheduler fixes it. Adapter.to turns one source into every channel-native post, then you load them into Sendible and let the workflow do its job.

Sendible versus Adapter.to: distributing against producing

These two barely overlap, which is why the table above carries crosses on eight of our rows. Sendible owns everything that happens once a post exists: which workspace and profile it belongs to, who approves it, when it publishes, how it is customized per network, how often it recycles, and what the client report says afterwards. Adapter.to owns the post itself, made from the article, video or podcast you already produced.

Sendible's own feature set sharpens the point rather than softening it. Dynamic fields personalize one post across many locations, which is excellent and presumes a post. Bulk scheduling loads a backlog, which presumes a backlog. Smart queues recycle a library, and a recycling engine applied to a small library gives followers the same dozen posts more often, which they notice before any dashboard does. The way out is more source material, and there is no Sendible tier that produces it.

Put a number on the half Sendible leaves to you. If turning one source into an X thread, a LinkedIn post, Instagram captions and an email takes two to three hours by hand, and you publish four sources a month for each of seven clients, that is roughly seventy hours of writing a month that no calendar touches. Premium is $169.15 a month at the annual rate. The writing costs considerably more and never appears on an invoice.

Can you use Sendible and Adapter.to together?

Yes, and for most Sendible customers that is the sensible setup rather than a switch. Sendible is doing the distribution job well and replacing it to solve a writing problem is the wrong trade. Adapter.to reads your article, video or podcast and writes the LinkedIn post, the X thread, the Instagram caption, the Facebook post and the email. You paste those into Sendible's composer, route them through the approval chain as normal, and let the workspace calendar publish them.

Nothing needs integrating, because Adapter.to returns plain text and Sendible accepts pasted copy on every plan. The content repurposing software page walks through every feature in order, the AI content repurposing tool page shows what one source turns into across every channel, the content repurposing for agencies page covers the multi-client version of this workflow, and the repurpose content for social media page covers the day-to-day version. Plans are on our pricing page, and the content repurposing tools comparison lists verified pricing across the category side by side.

Why creators pick Adapter.to

One tool that adapts any source to every channel

Fills the calendar, not just the workspace

Sendible distributes what you already wrote. Adapter.to writes what goes in, from a blog post, video or podcast you already made.

Sendible is good at its job, so add rather than replace

Unlimited users on every plan and a workspace per client are hard to beat for agencies. Adapter.to does a different job upstream, so most teams run both.

Keep the suite you rely on

Adapter.to stops at the text, so it pairs with Sendible instead of replacing it. Write with one, approve and schedule with the other.

Good questions

Sendible vs Adapter.to, answered

It is if what you actually needed was the content, not the scheduling. Sendible publishes to 10 networks, runs a shared inbox and approval workflows, and reports per client workspace. Adapter.to writes the posts: paste a blog post, video, podcast or URL and it returns the native version for every channel, then hands you the text to schedule anywhere. If the workspaces and approvals are working for you, keep them and add a writer upstream rather than switching.
Read off sendible.com in August 2026, Sendible costs $35 a month for Core, $99 for Plus, $199 for Premium, $299 for Elite and $750 for Enterprise billed monthly, or exactly 15 percent less billed annually, which is $29.75, $84.15, $169.15, $254.15 and $637.50 a month. Those plans include 1, 3, 7, 15 and 50 workspaces, each carrying 6 social profiles. Extra workspaces cost $35, $30, $25, $20 and $15 a month respectively. The full arithmetic is on our Sendible pricing breakdown.
No. Sendible offers a 14-day free trial on any plan and no permanent free tier. The trial does not ask for a credit card to begin, though you are asked to add one at the end, and adding a card during the trial means you are billed automatically when it expires. If a permanent free plan is a hard requirement, Buffer, Publer and Metricool all keep one, each with its own restriction on networks or brands.
No, not any more. Every Sendible plan now includes unlimited users, including Core at $35 a month, so you can invite team members, freelancers, stakeholders and clients without changing the bill. This is a recent change and most comparison articles still list the old caps of 1, 4, 7 and 80 users. It is the single strongest thing about Sendible pricing in 2026 and the thing most reviews miss.
Six per workspace, on every plan, which gives 6 on Core, 18 on Plus, 42 on Premium, 90 on Elite and 300 on Enterprise. The ratio is fixed and single profiles are not sold, so the only way to add capacity is to add a workspace and take another 6 profiles with it. That costs $35 a month on Core, falling to $15 on Enterprise.
For up to 7 clients, Premium at $199 a month usually fits, because it includes 7 workspaces, custom branded reports and campaign tracking. Below 3 clients, Core plus extra workspaces is cheaper. Above 10 clients, move to Elite: at 11 workspaces, Premium plus four extras already costs the same $299 that Elite charges for 15, and Elite adds dynamic fields, advanced permissions and white label eligibility.
Sendible offers white labeling on the Elite and Enterprise plans only, as a paid add-on, and its pricing FAQ gives the numbers: white-labeled pricing starts at $349 a month for Elite and $800 a month for Enterprise. Against list prices of $299 and $750, that makes the add-on effectively $50 a month on either tier, and both white label plans include all Sendible features. Some comparison articles quote $315; the vendor page says $349.
No. Sendible's Smart Compose drafts and polishes a caption from text you type, but nothing in the product reads an article, video or podcast you published and produces channel-native posts from it. That is the job Adapter.to does: one source in, a week of posts out, which you then schedule and approve in Sendible.
