Sendible Pricing: How Much Sendible Costs Per Month

Sendible pricing read off its own page in August 2026: Core $35, Plus $99, Premium $199, Elite $299, Enterprise $750, unlimited users on every plan, and a plan lineup that no longer matches a single comparison article on page one.

The short answer

Read off sendible.com in August 2026, Sendible costs $35 a month for Core, $99 for Plus, $199 for Premium, $299 for Elite and $750 for Enterprise billed monthly, or exactly 15 percent less billed annually, which is $29.75, $84.15, $169.15, $254.15 and $637.50 a month. There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial that needs no card to start. Sendible prices by workspace rather than by profile: each plan includes 1, 3, 7, 15 and 50 workspaces, and every workspace carries 6 social profiles, so you cannot buy a single extra profile. Two things nearly every current comparison gets wrong. The plan names Creator, Traction, Scale and Advanced are retired, the entry price is $35 rather than $29, and the second tier now costs $10 more for 6 fewer profiles. And user caps are gone entirely: every plan, including the $35 one, now includes unlimited users, where roundups still list limits of 1, 4, 7 and 80.

How much does Sendible cost?

Read off sendible.com in August 2026, Sendible costs $35 a month for Core, $99 for Plus, $199 for Premium, $299 for Elite and $750 for Enterprise when billed monthly. Paying annually takes exactly 15 percent off every one of those, which is $29.75, $84.15, $169.15, $254.15 and $637.50 a month. There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial.

What almost nobody publishing a Sendible pricing article has noticed is that this is not the lineup they are describing. The plan names, the entry price, the profile counts and the user limits have all changed, and the change went in the customer's favor on one very large point. The rest of this article works through what Sendible now actually charges, with the arithmetic for the decisions that cost real money.

Sendible pricing plans in plain terms

Sendible sells five plans. The unit it prices is the workspace, and every workspace comes with 6 social profiles attached to it. Users are not a pricing lever at all any more: every plan includes unlimited users.

PlanWorkspacesSocial profilesBilled monthlyBilled yearly
Core16$35 a month$29.75 a month, $357 a year
Plus318$99 a month$84.15 a month, $1,009.80 a year
Premium (most popular)742$199 a month$169.15 a month, $2,029.80 a year
Elite1590$299 a month$254.15 a month, $3,049.80 a year
Enterprise50300$750 a month$637.50 a month, $7,650 a year

Core covers unlimited users, unlimited scheduling, unlimited AI credits, bulk scheduling, monitoring and replying from a shared inbox, standard reports, and 10 smart queues. Plus adds task assignment and content approval workflows, and lifts smart queues to 30. Premium adds content libraries, custom branded reports with your own logo, campaign grouping, a dedicated onboarding manager and 70 queues. Elite adds dynamic fields for bulk posting, fine-grained role-based permissions, unlimited queues and eligibility for the white label add-on. Enterprise adds single sign-on, a dedicated customer success manager and access to everything.

It publishes to 10 networks: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Google My Business, YouTube, WordPress, Threads and Bluesky. Publishing blog updates to WordPress from a social scheduler is unusual and worth knowing about if you run client blogs alongside their social accounts.

Why almost every Sendible pricing article is out of date

Search "Sendible pricing" today and the results describe plans called Creator, Traction, Scale and Advanced, at $29, $89, $199 and $299, with 1, 4, 7 and 80 users and 6, 24, 49 and 400 social profiles. Every one of those plan names has been retired, and several of the numbers moved.

What roundups still sayWhat sendible.com says in August 2026
Creator, $29 a month, 1 user, 6 profilesCore, $35 a month, unlimited users, 6 profiles
Traction, $89 a month, 4 users, 24 profilesPlus, $99 a month, unlimited users, 18 profiles
Scale, $199 a month, 7 users, 49 profilesPremium, $199 a month, unlimited users, 42 profiles
Advanced, $299 a monthElite, $299 a month, unlimited users, 90 profiles
Enterprise, $750 a month, 80 users, 400 profilesEnterprise, $750 a month, unlimited users, 300 profiles

Three of those rows matter enough to plan around. The entry price rose from $29 to $35, which is 20.7 percent, so anyone budgeting from a current-dated article is roughly $72 a year short before they start. The second tier went up $10 a month and down by 6 social profiles, from 24 to 18, which is the rare repricing that charges more for less. And the third tier held its $199 while dropping from 49 profiles to 42.

The change that goes the other way is the biggest of the five. Sendible has removed user limits entirely and now includes unlimited users on every plan, including the $35 one. The old lineup capped Creator at a single user and Traction at four. If you were priced out of Sendible because your team did not fit, that reason is gone, and no roundup currently on page one of Google mentions it.

What is a Sendible workspace?

A workspace is a self-contained space for one client, brand or location, with its own social profiles, calendar, inbox, queues, settings and reports. Each one includes 6 social profiles, and that ratio is fixed. Sendible's own note on the pricing page is blunt about it: "Need more profiles? Simply add an extra workspace. Every additional workspace includes 6 new profiles."

This has a consequence worth stating before you compare Sendible to anything else. You cannot buy a single extra social profile. The smallest amount of capacity you can add is six profiles, and you pay for all six whether you connect them or not. A five-profile agency that wins one client with a single Instagram account does not spend $5, it spends a whole workspace. On Core that is another $35 a month.

A social profile, in Sendible's counting, is one connected account: a Facebook Page, an Instagram account, a LinkedIn profile, an X account. Two Instagram accounts for the same client are two profiles out of that client's six.

What does an extra Sendible workspace cost?

Every plan has a stepper next to the workspace count, and the rate for each extra workspace depends on which plan you are on. This is the part of Sendible's pricing that decides most real bills, and it is published nowhere except inside the pricing page itself.

PlanWorkspaces includedEach extra workspace, monthlyEach extra workspace, yearlyCost per profile, yearly
Core1$35 a month$30.00 a month$4.96
Plus3$30 a month$25.50 a month$4.68
Premium7$25 a month$21.25 a month$4.03
Elite15$20 a month$17.00 a month$2.82
Enterprise50$15 a month$12.75 a month$2.13

Read the Core row twice. An extra workspace on Core costs $35 a month, which is exactly the price of the entire Core plan. There is no volume discount at all at the entry tier: your second client costs the same as your first. Every plan above Core does give you a discount on extras, and it deepens as you climb, from $30 on Plus down to $15 on Enterprise.

When to add a workspace and when to upgrade

Because the included counts and the extra rates both change per tier, the two ways of buying capacity cross over at specific workspace counts. Here is where each one stops making sense.

Workspaces you needCheapest routeMonthly costThe alternative
2Core plus 1 extra$70Plus is $99 for 3
3Plus$99Core plus 2 extras is $105
6Plus plus 3 extras$189Premium is $199 for 7
7Premium$199Plus plus 4 extras is $219
11Elite$299Premium plus 4 extras is also $299, for 4 fewer workspaces
37Elite plus 22 extras$739Enterprise is $750 for 50
38Enterprise$750Elite plus 23 extras is $759

The 11-workspace row is the one to remember. Premium costs $199 and includes 7 workspaces; four extras at $25 each take it to exactly $299, which is Elite's list price for 15 workspaces. From 11 workspaces upward, staying on Premium means paying Elite money for less than Elite capacity, and giving up dynamic fields, advanced permissions, unlimited queues and white label eligibility on top. Nobody at Sendible is going to move you automatically.

Core stops making sense at exactly 3 workspaces, where two extras cost $105 against Plus at $99 for the same three, and Plus stops making sense at 7. At the top, Elite beats Enterprise all the way to 37 workspaces, so an agency with 30 clients on Elite is paying $599 a month rather than Enterprise's $750, and should not be talked upward without a feature reason like SSO.

Is Sendible's annual discount really 15 percent?

On the base price of all five plans, yes, and exactly. $35 becomes $29.75, $99 becomes $84.15, $199 becomes $169.15, $299 becomes $254.15 and $750 becomes $637.50. Every one is precisely 15 percent, with no tier-by-tier variation, which is more honest than several competitors manage.

There is one exception, and it is a strange one. On the Core plan, an extra workspace billed annually costs $30.00 a month while your first workspace costs $29.75. The discount on that add-on works out at 14.29 percent rather than 15, and the practical result is that on the entry plan, paying yearly makes your second workspace 25 cents a month more expensive than your first. It is a rounding artifact rather than a policy, and it is $3 a year, but it is the only rate on the whole page that misses the advertised discount.

Nonprofits get a different deal that is worth asking about. Sendible offers registered nonprofits and charities 15 percent off monthly billing or 25 percent off annual billing, on any plan. The catch is in their own wording: only one type of discount applies at a time, so the nonprofit annual rate replaces the standard annual rate rather than stacking with it. That still makes it the best price on the page, at $26.25 a month for Core.

Does Sendible have a free plan?

No. Sendible offers a 14-day free trial and no permanent free tier. The trial does not ask for a card up front, though you are asked to add one at the end of it, and if you do add a card during the trial you will be billed automatically when the trial expires. You can cancel at any time and there is no contract on the self-serve plans.

If a permanent free plan is a hard requirement, Sendible is not on your list and the shortlist is short: Buffer keeps a free plan for 3 channels, Publer keeps one for 3 social accounts though it blocks X on the free tier, and Metricool keeps one for a single brand while excluding LinkedIn and X. SocialBee and Vista Social both run trial-only, the same as Sendible.

How much does Sendible white label cost?

White labeling is available on the Elite and Enterprise plans only, as a paid add-on, and Sendible publishes the numbers in its own pricing FAQ: white-labeled pricing starts at $349 a month for Elite and $800 a month for Enterprise. Since list price for those plans is $299 and $750, the add-on is effectively $50 a month on either tier, and both white label plans include all Sendible features.

That $50 is cheap for what it is. A white label setup rebrands the dashboard, the domain, the reports and the system emails as yours, which lets an agency put clients directly into a branded space and sell tiers of access. Note that several current comparison articles quote $315 a month as the white label starting price. Sendible's page says $349.

How does Sendible compare on price?

Cost per social profile is the only way to compare these tools honestly, because every vendor counts something different. These are verified list prices at annual rates, read off each vendor's own page.

ToolEntry priceWhat the price buysTeam seats included
Sendible Core$29.75 a month yearly1 workspace, 6 profiles ($4.96 each)Unlimited
Publer Professional$4.00 per account a monthPer connected account, free tier for 3$2 a month each
Buffer$5.00 per channel a monthPer channel, free tier for 3Unlimited on paid
SocialBee Bootstrap$24.17 a month yearly5 profiles ($4.83 each)1 user, $10 a month each after
Vista Social Professional$63.17 a month yearly15 profiles ($4.21 each)2 users
Later Starter$18.75 a month yearly1 social set, one profile per platform1 user, $3.75 a month each after
Agorapulse Standard$79 per user a month yearly10 profiles, capped on every named tierPriced per seat
Sprout Social Essentials$79 per seat a month yearlyPer seat, profiles bundledPriced per seat

Sendible's per-profile rate is mid-table at the entry tier and gets much better as you scale, reaching $2.82 a profile on Elite and $2.13 on Enterprise. Where it now wins outright is seats. Unlimited users on a $29.75 plan is the most generous seat policy of any tool in this table. SocialBee includes one user on both of its cheapest plans and charges $10 a month for each extra. Later includes one and charges $3.75. Agorapulse and Sprout Social price the entire product per seat, so a five-person team on Sprout Essentials is $395 a month before anyone counts profiles.

That matters most for the buyers Sendible actually markets to, which is agencies, franchises and multi-location businesses. If you are handing dashboard access to account managers, freelancers, a client contact and a compliance reviewer, most of this category charges you per head and Sendible does not.

Is Sendible worth it?

For an agency or a multi-location brand, the case is strong and it rests on two things: the workspace model genuinely fits how that work is organized, and unlimited users removes the cost that usually punishes agencies hardest. A 10-client agency on Premium plus three extra workspaces pays $274 a month and can give every account manager, contractor and client stakeholder their own login. The equivalent on a per-seat suite runs into four figures.

For a single brand with one set of accounts, it is a harder sell. Core at $35 a month gives you 6 profiles and one calendar, and the direct competitors do that for less: Publer bills roughly $24 a month for six accounts, Buffer $30. You would be paying the premium for the shared inbox, the approval workflows on Plus, and the reporting, which are the things Sendible is genuinely good at.

The honest limit is measurement scope. Sendible's reports cover the social profiles inside a workspace, which is what you want for a social retainer and not what you want when a client asks whether the whole marketing program worked. Once the question includes ad spend, site traffic and store revenue, you are stitching exports together by hand, and it is usually cheaper to pull every channel into one marketing dashboard than to keep rebuilding that report each month. Sendible also has no social listening beyond mentions and comments on your own connected profiles.

The other limit is the one no scheduler solves, and it is worth naming because it is the thing that most often makes a social tool feel like a waste of money.

What Sendible does not do

Sendible distributes content. It does not create it. The calendar, the queues, the approval workflows, the evergreen recycling and the reports are all machinery for moving finished posts to the right accounts at the right time, and every one of them assumes the posts exist. Its Smart Compose feature drafts and polishes a caption from what you type, which helps at the margins and does not fill a calendar.

Evergreen recycling makes this sharper rather than softer. Recycling multiplies how often your library circulates. Applied to a small library it gives followers the same dozen posts more often, which they notice well before any dashboard does. The fix is more source material, and there is no Sendible plan that produces it.

That upstream job is what Adapter.to does. Paste a blog post, a YouTube video, a podcast or any URL and it writes the LinkedIn post, the X thread, the Instagram caption, the Facebook post and the email, each shaped for its own channel, then hands you the text to load into Sendible or anywhere else. Nothing needs integrating, because it stops at plain text. Our Sendible alternative comparison sets the two side by side in detail, the content repurposing software page walks through every feature in order, the content repurposing for agencies page covers the multi-client version of this workflow, and the content repurposing tools comparison lists verified pricing across the whole category. Plans and what each includes are on our pricing page.

Put a number on the half a scheduler leaves to you. If turning one source into an X thread, a LinkedIn post, Instagram captions and an email takes two to three hours by hand, and you publish four sources a month per client, that is roughly ten hours of writing a month, per client, that no calendar touches. Sendible Core is $29.75 a month at the annual rate. The writing costs considerably more than that and never shows up on an invoice.

Sendible pricing FAQ

How much is Sendible per month? Sendible costs $35 a month for Core, $99 for Plus, $199 for Premium, $299 for Elite and $750 for Enterprise on monthly billing. Annual billing is exactly 15 percent cheaper, at $29.75, $84.15, $169.15, $254.15 and $637.50 a month. Each plan includes 1, 3, 7, 15 and 50 workspaces respectively, with 6 social profiles per workspace and unlimited users throughout.

How many social profiles do you get with Sendible? Six per workspace, on every plan. That gives 6 profiles on Core, 18 on Plus, 42 on Premium, 90 on Elite and 300 on Enterprise. Profiles cannot be bought individually. The only way to add capacity is to add a workspace, which adds 6 profiles at a rate that runs from $35 a month on Core down to $15 on Enterprise.

Does Sendible charge per user? No, not any more. Every Sendible plan now includes unlimited users, including Core at $35 a month, and you can invite team members, freelancers, stakeholders and clients without affecting the bill. Older comparison articles still list caps of 1, 4, 7 and 80 users on the previous plan lineup. Those caps no longer exist.

Is there a Sendible free trial? Yes, 14 days on any plan, and it does not require a credit card to begin. You are asked to add a card at the end of the trial, and if you add one during the trial you are billed automatically when it ends. There is no permanent free plan, and no contract on the self-serve tiers.

Which Sendible plan is best for a small agency? For up to 7 clients, Premium at $199 a month is usually the right answer, because it includes 7 workspaces, custom branded reports and campaign tracking. Below 3 clients, Core plus extra workspaces is cheaper. Above 10, move to Elite: at 11 workspaces Premium plus extras already costs the same $299 that Elite charges for 15.
