The short answer
Sendible is worth it for agencies and multi-location brands that manage several clients and have more people than accounts, because every plan includes unlimited users. Is Sendible worth it?
Sendible is worth it for agencies and multi-location brands that manage several clients and have more people than accounts, because every plan includes unlimited users, so clients, freelancers and approvers never add to the bill. It rates 4.6 out of 5 on Capterra across 137 reviews. It is a weaker buy for a single brand that needs approvals, since approval workflows start on Plus at $99 a month, and for anyone who wants white label pricing up front, because Sendible does not publish it.
We read every price in this review off sendible.com on October 2, 2026, and the ratings off Capterra and Trustpilot the same day. The figures match what we recorded in August 2026 and an Internet Archive copy of the pricing page from August 13, so nothing has moved since our full Sendible pricing breakdown.
Sendible pricing at a glance
Sendible sells five plans. Each includes a number of client workspaces, every workspace carries six social profiles, and yearly billing takes exactly 15 percent off every plan.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly, per month | Workspaces | Social profiles | Extra workspace, monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $35 | $29.75 | 1 | 6 | $35 |
| Plus | $99 | $84.15 | 3 | 18 | $30 |
| Premium | $199 | $169.15 | 7 | 42 | $25 |
| Elite | $299 | $254.15 | 15 | 90 | $20 |
| Enterprise | $750 | $637.50 | 50 | 300 | $15 |
Unlimited users, unlimited scheduling and unlimited AI assistant use come with every plan. Approvals start on Plus, branded reports and content libraries on Premium, and advanced permissions and dynamic bulk fields on Elite. White label is a paid add-on on Elite and Enterprise, and its price appears nowhere on the page. There is a 14-day free trial with no card required and no permanent free plan.
One detail worth noticing: the extra workspace gets cheaper as the plan gets bigger. It costs $35 on Core, the same as the whole plan, and $15 on Enterprise. Per profile that takes the price from $5.83 a month on Core to $3.32 on Elite.
What do Sendible reviews say?
On October 2, 2026, Sendible rated 4.6 out of 5 on Capterra from 137 reviews, with 4.5 for ease of use, 4.5 for customer service, 4.4 for features and 4.5 for value for money. Trustpilot is a smaller and harsher sample: a TrustScore of 4.3 from 25 reviews, 64 percent five star and 24 percent one star.
The praise is consistent. Reviewers on both sites describe the dashboard as easy to learn, call the number of profiles you can connect without extra charges generous, and single out client workspaces and approvals as the reason a small agency picked it over a bigger suite. Several mention switching from a more expensive tool and keeping the same workflow.
The complaints cluster just as tightly, and almost none of them are about scheduling. The one-star reviews describe renewal charges that arrived without warning, a cancellation flow that is hard to find, and support that points to policy articles rather than resolving the billing problem. A few mention glitches with video posting. If you buy Sendible, the risk is the billing relationship, not the product.
What are the pros and cons of Sendible?
Pros.
- Unlimited users on every plan, including the $35 one. Clients, freelancers and approvers cost nothing, which is still the best seat policy in this category.
- Pricing by client workspace matches how agencies actually organize work, and each workspace has its own queues, inbox, reports and profiles.
- The annual discount is exactly 15 percent on all five plans. Most vendors round their badge up.
- It publishes to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky and WordPress.
- Branded client reports come with Premium at $199, without a separate add-on.
Cons.
- No approvals on Core. A single brand that needs a manager to sign off pays $99, almost three times the entry price.
- You cannot buy one extra profile. Capacity comes in workspaces of six, so a client with seven accounts uses two.
- White label is an unpriced add-on, which makes it impossible to compare without a sales call.
- No Pinterest publishing and no link in bio page.
- Payments are non-refundable, and billing complaints dominate its negative reviews.
Is Sendible good for agencies?
Yes, and it is built for them. Take an agency with ten clients, four social accounts each and four staff. Premium covers seven workspaces for $199, three more cost $25 each, and the bill is $274 a month with every staff member and every client approver included. The same agency at eight accounts per client needs twenty workspaces, which is Elite at $299 plus five workspaces at $20, or $399 a month.
Against tools that charge per person, that is where Sendible wins. Kontentino counts every client approver as a user, so the same ten clients with one approver each plus three staff need its 15-user Standard step at $269 a month, and its Pro plan at $483 once clients have more than four accounts on average. The comparison is set out on our Kontentino alternative page. Hootsuite, priced per seat, comes to about $396 a month for four seats on its yearly rate before any client logs in.
Software is only part of what an agency running retainers has to manage. Ten clients means ten monthly invoices, and the ones that slip cost more than any plan difference here, which is why many agencies put automated invoice reminders on their retainers alongside the scheduling stack. Every vendor in the agency bracket is costed on our social media management software for agencies page.
Which Sendible plan do you need?
Count client workspaces first, then check whether you need approvals. The crossover points, on monthly billing:
- One brand, no approvals: Core at $35. A second brand can be added for $35, making $70.
- Approvals, or three brands: Plus at $99. Core with two extra workspaces would cost $105, more than Plus, and without approvals.
- Six or seven clients: Plus with three extra workspaces is $189 for six. At seven, Premium at $199 is cheaper than Plus with four extras ($219), and it adds branded reports.
- Eleven or more clients: Premium with four extra workspaces costs $299 for eleven, the same as Elite. From twelve upwards Elite wins, since it includes fifteen.
Elite is also where white label becomes available as an add-on. If your clients only need branded reports, Premium already does that, and you can skip the quote.
Can I cancel Sendible or get a refund?
You can cancel at any time on standard plans, but you will not get money back. Sendible's terms say that if you cancel before the end of a paid period you keep access until one day before it ends and are not charged again, and that "absolutely no refunds will be given for prepayment of Service". Cancellation is done through the cancellation form on the Subscription page of your account.
The trial needs care too. If you add a card during the 14-day trial, Sendible bills it automatically when the trial ends. Add the card on the day you have decided to buy, and if you choose yearly billing, choose it only after the trial has shown the plan fits.
Is Sendible cheaper than Hootsuite?
For any team of more than one person, yes, by a wide margin. Sendible Core at $35 includes unlimited users, while Hootsuite charges for each seat. The gap widens with every hire: four people on Sendible Core still cost $35 a month in total, and on Premium with branded reports $199, where four Hootsuite seats cost about $396 on yearly billing. Hootsuite's advantages are its larger analytics and listening suite, not its price.
What Sendible does not do
Sendible schedules, publishes, collects approvals and reports. Its AI assistant suggests captions and rephrases copy, one post at a time. It does not take the blog post, webinar or podcast episode a client published last week and turn it into the posts the calendar needs, and that is the part that eats an agency's hours. Turning one article into a LinkedIn post, three Instagram captions, an X thread and a newsletter section takes about two hours by hand.
That is the job Adapter.to does. Paste a source or a URL into the tool at the top of this page and it writes the posts for every channel, each shaped for its network, ready to load into Sendible's composer or bulk import. Plans start at $49 a month. The Sendible alternative page compares the two side by side, and content repurposing for agencies shows the weekly workflow.
Who should buy Sendible?
Buy it if you run an agency or a multi-location business, you organize work by client, and the people who need access outnumber the accounts. Unlimited users and workspace pricing make it one of the most predictable bills in the category, and the product reviews well.
Look elsewhere if you are one brand that needs approvals on a budget (Loomly or Planable cost less for that), if your clients run many accounts each and you want a flat price (Cloud Campaign puts unlimited accounts in each workspace on its Team plan), or if the lowest price per account is the goal, in which case the cheapest social media scheduler comparison ranks the category by real cost.
