A RealEstateContent.ai review for real estate agents, with prices read off its own page in October 2026: $119 a month or $999 a year, up from $99, what the AI Twin and listing posts do, the missing independent reviews, and who should buy it.

The short answer
RealEstateContent.ai is worth it for a real estate agent who will use its AI Twin videos, listing walkthroughs and scheduling, and expensive for one who mostly wants captions. Read off its pricing page on October 15, 2026, it costs $119 a month or $999 a year ($83.25 a month, exactly 30 percent off), up from $99 and $899 as recently as July 2026. There is one plan with every feature, a 14-day money-back guarantee and no free trial. It posts to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. Independent reviews are scarce: its G2 profile had none when we checked.

How much does RealEstateContent.ai cost?
RealEstateContent.ai costs $119 a month on monthly billing or $999 a year on annual billing, which works out to $83.25 a month. There is one plan, every feature is included, and both billing options carry a 14-day money-back guarantee instead of a free trial. We read both figures off the homepage plan card and the pricing page on October 15, 2026.
| Billing | Price | Per month | Per year | Saving |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $119 | $119.00 | $1,428 | None |
| Annual | $999 | $83.25 | $999 | $429 a year (30%) |
| Teams and brokerages | Quote | Brokerage branding on every agent account, priced on request | ||
The annual plan also locks your rate, adds guided onboarding with a social media specialist and weekly live training. The "save 30%" badge is exact: $999 against twelve payments of $119 is a 30.04 percent saving. The "nearly four months free" line is a little generous, since $429 buys 3.6 months.
Did RealEstateContent.ai raise its prices?
Yes. Archived copies of the site show $99 a month and $699 a year in November 2024, then $99 a month and $899 a year from May 2025 through at least July 2026. The live page now shows $119 and $999. Monthly billing went up 20 percent and annual billing 11 percent, so if you are going to stay, the annual plan is now the clearly better deal.
This matters because the roundups that rank for this product still quote $99 and $899. If you budgeted from one of them, add $240 a year on monthly billing or $100 on annual.
What do you get for $119 a month?
The whole social media job for one agent, from writing to posting. The features we checked on its own pages:
- Listing posts from a link. Paste the listing URL and the address, price, features and photos come across. It builds a photo walkthrough video in vertical and landscape, or an image carousel, for each stage from Just Listed, Open House and Price Improvement to Just Sold and For Rent, and spreads up to seven of them across your calendar in one go.
- AI Twin. You record a short clip once, and from then on you type a script and get back a video of yourself saying it, usually in minutes. This is the feature with no cheap substitute.
- Post writing and design. Topic suggestions, a post generator, a caption enhancer for your own photos, thousands of branded templates, Canva import and video scripts.
- Market report and local news posts. Third-party market numbers and neighborhood stories turned into shareable posts.
- Spanish and French. Posts written for the language rather than translated afterward.
- Scheduling. A content calendar that publishes to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X, plus blog posts on autopilot.
One inconsistency is worth checking before you pay. The plan card lists TikTok among the networks it posts to, while the feature list and the AI Twin page name four networks without TikTok. If TikTok is where your buyers are, ask on the onboarding call.
RealEstateContent.ai reviews and what independent sources say
Very little, which is itself the finding. Its G2 profile had no reviews when we checked, we found no Trustpilot or Capterra listing for it, and the "Real Estate AI" product on Capterra is a different company. The reviews you will find are the testimonials on its own site and the 2,500+ active agents it claims, neither of which we can verify.
That does not make it a bad product. It means the 14-day refund window is your trial, so use it properly: connect your accounts on day one, run a real listing through it, record your AI Twin, and decide by day ten with time to ask for the refund if it is not for you.
Is RealEstateContent.ai worth it?
It is worth it for an agent who will use the video and the scheduling, and expensive for one who mostly wants captions. Here is how the yearly bill looks against the other realtor content subscriptions, each read off its own pricing page between October 13 and 15, 2026:
| Tool | Per year | Posts for you | Video of you | Built from |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| RealEstateContent.ai | $999 | Yes | AI Twin avatar | AI, your listing links |
| KCM Elite | $999.48 | Yes | Teleprompter, you film | Market research plus zip data |
| KCM Social Edge | $599.40 | Yes | Teleprompter, you film | National market research |
| Coffee & Contracts | $740 | No | Reel ideas, you film | Shared Canva templates |
| Adapter.to Creator | $288 | No | Scripts, you film | Your listings and updates |
RealEstateContent.ai and Keeping Current Matters Elite cost the same to within 48 cents a year. The choice between them is what you want to post: your listings and your face, or researched market commentary with local data. Our Keeping Current Matters review covers the second, and the Coffee and Contracts alternative page covers the template route.
Three kinds of agent get the most from RealEstateContent.ai: the one who will never film themselves but knows video reaches people who do not follow them yet, the one with five or more listings a quarter who wants each run posted without touching it, and the one marketing in Spanish or French with no help. The For Rent stage also makes it useful to agents who lease units for owners; if you end up managing those rentals as well, property management software for small landlords handles the rent roll and owner statements that a social tool never will.
Who should look at an alternative
Agents who already have a photographer, a scheduler and a Canva brand kit, and who mostly miss the writing. They pay $999 a year for a stack they already own. The same goes for agents whose marketing runs on email and a monthly newsletter as much as on social, because sphere emails and newsletter copy are not among RealEstateContent.ai's listed plan features.
That gap is what Adapter.to fills. Paste a listing description, the market update you wrote for your farm area or the link to your latest blog post, and it writes the Instagram caption, LinkedIn post, X thread, Reels script, email to your sphere, newsletter section, YouTube description and ad copy at once, each shaped for its channel and written in the language of your source. Creator is $49 a month, or $24 billed annually ($288 a year), for 30 sources; Pro at $99 takes walkthrough videos and recorded market updates as the source. It does not design graphics, make avatar video or post for you. The RealEstateContent.ai alternative page compares the two feature by feature, and the content repurposing for real estate agents page shows how many posts one listing yields.
Whichever tool drafts the copy, compliance stays with you. Every post needs your brokerage name or a link to a page showing it, as NAR Standard of Practice 12-5 and most state license laws require, and Fair Housing wording that describes the home and the area, never the kind of buyer who should live there. Plans are compared on the pricing page.
Common questions
Is RealEstateContent.ai legit?
It is a real, working product with a public pricing page, a 14-day money-back guarantee and a named co-founder who signs the guarantee. What it lacks is independent reviews: its G2 profile had none when we checked. Pay monthly first if you want to keep your exposure to $119, and test it hard inside the refund window.
Does RealEstateContent.ai have a free trial?
No. You pay up front, and the 14-day money-back guarantee works as the trial. Its site offers a free marketing guide and a booked demo call, but not free access to the product.
Can I cancel RealEstateContent.ai anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing is month to month with no contract, according to the pricing page. The annual plan is one payment a year, so cancelling stops the renewal rather than refunding the unused months unless you are inside the 14-day window.
Does RealEstateContent.ai work for teams?
Yes, on a quote. Teams and brokerages get brokerage branding on every agent account and one shared content plan, but no team price is published. Adapter.to publishes its Team plan at $199 a month for three users and 400 sources, which is a useful benchmark when you ask for a quote.
What is the best alternative to RealEstateContent.ai?
It depends on what you would keep. Keeping Current Matters Social Edge auto-posts market content for $59.95 a month, Coffee & Contracts sells templates for $74, and Adapter.to writes posts, emails and newsletter sections from your own listings for $49, or $24 billed annually.
