Simplified Pricing 2026: Plans From $19 to $199 a Month

The short answer

Read off simplified.com/pricing on September 25, 2026, Simplified costs $29 a month for Pro, $79 for Business and $199 for Growth on monthly billing, or $19, $49 and $149 a month billed yearly ($228, $588 and $1,788 a year). Enterprise is quoted. Pro includes 7 social accounts, 1 seat that cannot be expanded and 10,000 AI credits; Business 15 accounts, 3 seats and 30,000 credits; Growth, shown only under the "I'm an Agency" tab, 30 accounts, 5 seats and 100,000 credits. Pro and Business start with a $1, 7-day trial and no free plan is shown. Extra accounts are $5 a month, extra users $10 on Business and Growth, and extra brand kits $35. The yearly saving is 34.5% on Pro, 38.0% on Business and 25.1% on Growth. The $59, $119 and $239 figures many roundups quote come from a campaign-based lineup described elsewhere on the same page, not from the plans sold at checkout.

How much does Simplified cost?

Read off simplified.com/pricing on September 25, 2026, the plans you can actually buy cost $29 a month for Pro, $79 a month for Business and $199 a month for Growth on monthly billing. On yearly billing the same three plans come to $228, $588 and $1,788 a year, which the page shows as $19, $49 and $149 a month. Pro and Business start with a 7-day trial that costs $1. Enterprise is quoted.

Growth sits behind a second tab labelled "I'm an Agency", so a visitor who never clicks it sees only two plans and a top price of $79. If you run social for clients, click the tab before you decide, because the agency plan is where Simplified puts its larger account and seat allowances.

Pro is billed as "best for freelancers, solo creators" and includes one brand style and voice, one AI agent, social scheduling, the planner and calendar, analytics, a unified inbox and 5 GB of storage. Business adds two brand styles, five AI agents, access to Simplified's AI workflows, API access, collaboration features, Instagram product tagging, priority AI processing and 50 GB. Growth adds five brand styles, ten AI agents, bulk post importing, advanced analytics and reporting, shared calendars, private teamspaces, priority support and 1 TB. Enterprise lists 10 seats, SSO and SAML, workflow automations, onboarding and 50 AI agents.

Why do Simplified's prices look different on different sites?

Because Simplified's own pricing page carries two different lineups at once. The plan cards show Pro, Business and Growth at the prices above. Further down, the same page describes a campaign-based lineup: "Simplified Starter, 5 campaigns a month, $79 per month", with Pro and Business raising the campaign count and extra campaigns at $10 each. The page's structured data, which is what search engines and AI assistants read, lists Starter at $59 monthly and $79 annually, Pro at $119 and $99, and Business at $239 and $199.

That markup has Starter's annual price higher than its monthly one, which cannot be a real offer, and none of those three plans appears on a card with a checkout button. So roundups that quote $59, $119 or $239 are quoting the page's copy rather than the plans on sale. We made the same mistake on our own Simplified alternative comparison in July and have corrected it. If a quote from Simplified's sales team differs from both, trust the quote and ask which lineup it belongs to.

Is the "up to 35% off" yearly discount accurate?

Partly. The toggle says "Upto 35% Off", and the real saving is different on every plan:

Plan12 months at monthly priceYearly priceSaving
Pro$348$22834.5%
Business$948$58838.0%
Growth$2,388$1,78825.1%

This is the rare badge that undersells. Business saves 38 percent, more than the "up to" figure promises. Growth saves only 25 percent, so an agency paying yearly gets the smallest discount in the lineup. Most annual badges we check overstate the saving; Ocoya's "2 months free" is one of the few that is exact.

Can you add users to Simplified Pro?

No. Pro includes one seat, and the tooltip on the plan says plainly that "additional seats cannot be added". Business and Growth take extra users at $10 a month each. That makes Pro a one-person plan in the strict sense: the moment a second person needs a login, even a part-time assistant or a client reviewer, the cheapest route is Business at $79 monthly or $49 on yearly billing.

The same thing shows up in the add-on list. On Pro, bulk scheduling and the external client approval workflow are each $19 a month billed yearly. A freelancer who adds both to yearly Pro pays $19 + $19 + $19 = $57 a month, which is already more than yearly Business at $49. The Business card lists sharing and collaboration features rather than naming the approval workflow, so confirm in the trial that it covers your client sign-off before you stack add-ons on Pro.

How much do Simplified's add-ons cost?

  • Extra social media account: $5 a month, on every plan.
  • Extra user: $10 a month, on Business and Growth only.
  • Extra AI brandbook: $35 a month each.
  • Bulk post scheduling: $19 a month billed yearly, sold as an add-on on Pro.
  • External client approval workflow: $19 a month billed yearly, sold as an add-on on Pro.

The brandbook is the add-on to watch. At $35 a month it costs more than the whole Pro plan on monthly billing, so a freelancer managing three brands on Pro would spend $70 a month on brand kits alone. That is the arithmetic that pushes multi-brand users to Growth, which includes five.

Which Simplified plan is the best value?

It depends which meter you are buying, and Simplified's two main meters move in opposite directions as you climb:

Plan (monthly billing)Cost per social accountCost per seatAI credits per dollar
Pro $29$4.14$29.00345
Business $79$5.27$26.33380
Growth $199$6.63$39.80503

Social accounts get more expensive per unit as you move up, which is the opposite of most schedulers. Pro's $4.14 is close to SocialPilot's $4 add-on account, and Growth's $6.63 is well above it. What gets cheaper is AI generation: Growth delivers about 46 percent more credits per dollar than Pro. So Growth is priced as an AI plan with scheduling attached, and Pro is priced as a scheduler with some AI attached.

That has a practical consequence for agencies. Take a small shop that needs 30 social accounts and five logins on monthly billing. Growth is $199. Business plus 15 extra accounts at $5 and two extra users at $10 is $79 + $75 + $20 = $174. Business with add-ons stays cheaper until roughly 35 accounts. Growth only wins before that if you will actually use the extra 70,000 credits, the bulk importer, the advanced reporting or the five brand kits.

Does Simplified have a free plan?

Not on the pricing page. What it shows is a 7-day trial on Pro and Business that costs $1 to start. Simplified's plan list still contains a plan named "Free Forever", but the pricing page does not display it or link to it, so do not plan around it. Simplified does run a large set of free single-purpose web tools, such as image and caption generators, and those are separate from the subscription.

Real setups, priced

SetupPlanMonthly billingYearly billing
Solo creator, 5 accounts, 1 brandPro$29$19/mo
Freelancer, 10 accounts, 1 userPro + 3 accounts$44$34/mo
Small business, 2 peopleBusiness$79$49/mo
Agency, 30 accounts, 5 usersBusiness + add-ons, or Growth$174 or $199Growth $149/mo

Yearly add-on rates are only printed for the two $19 Pro add-ons, so the yearly column above assumes accounts cost the same $5 either way. Confirm that in the trial if the difference matters to you.

Is Simplified worth it?

For a small team that genuinely wants one subscription to cover design, short video, AI copy and scheduling, the yearly Business plan at $49 a month is fair value. Buying a design tool, a video editor and a scheduler separately usually costs more than that. Simplified's own comparison sets itself against Canva, CapCut, Opus Clip and Hootsuite, and for people who would otherwise pay for three or four of those, the bundle is the point.

It is worse value in two situations. The first is when you need one job done well rather than eight done adequately: a scheduler-only team pays less per account elsewhere, and ContentStudio's pricing is a useful comparison at the agency end. The second is measurement. Simplified reports on your own social accounts; if what you really need is to watch rival brands' pricing and site changes, that is a job for a dedicated competitor monitoring tool, not a social suite.

Where Adapter.to fits

Adapter.to does a narrower job than Simplified and we would rather say so up front. It does not design graphics, edit video or publish to your accounts. It takes one piece you already made, such as a blog post, a YouTube video transcript, a podcast or a newsletter, and writes the channel-native versions: the LinkedIn post, the thread, the Instagram caption, the email and the rest, in your voice. Plans start at $29 a month for about 30 source pieces, with no per-account or per-brand charge.

If your bottleneck is the writing and you already have a scheduler you like, that is usually the cheaper route. If you need design, video and publishing in one login, Simplified's bundle is built for you. Our content repurposing tools comparison lays out the whole category by the job each product does, and the Adapter.to pricing page has every plan. The demo at the top of this page runs on your own content, so you can judge the output before you pay anything.
